Remarks :
My college is really good. i wont even have any bad words related to my college. The atmosphere our cantene library all are giving nostalgia to me. It was a huge building. it was not a college to me. It was an emotion. I really miss my college. My friends classrooms. lectures all are really missing. I wish i could be there for atleast once.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Actually i chosed 2 year mca course. We have both 3 and 2 yr plans. Course curriculum was easy. i have 4 semesters with 3 practicals a miniproject and mainproject.Last semester is the main project and i had done it by myself as an intern.
Internships Opportunities :
No. Our college doesnt provide any internship. Students found that by themselves.My college is a self autonomous college.They encourage students to take internships from outside and get paid.But our faculties are encouraging.
Placement Experience :
Yes. Absolutely we have placements and job oppurtunities.We have a placement wing in our college and also we have a placement coordinator too. He will approach the top mncs and companies in our areas and from outside kerala.
College Events :
We have so many events celebrated in our college. Celebrated our college day,onam celebration, christmas celebration,festive occasions,culturals etc.They all are really awesome. And atlast we celebrated our convocation day too.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is very expensive. Per semester i have to pay 32,500. So for the 4 semesters i paid 1,30,000 rs. And at the last semester main project is also a paid one. i paid 10,000 for the project and 4500 per month for hostels.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Ofcourse. They provide loan facilities from our college. They will give a form to those who need loan facilities from our college. And about the scholarships they are providing was good. Scholarships related to ex service mens family minority community etc.
Campus Life :
Yes. in our college we have computer lab bioscience lab etc. and foot ball court basketball court etc. We also have a fm station in my college which popular in our area. And that was our asset.it was really fantastic.i really enjoyed.
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar. i didnt used the hostel facility anymore. but my friends told me that the hostel room was really good. They have a study room bed area and toilet. They enjoyed there very much.we have chapel related to our college. We go there to pray at free time.
Alumni/Alumna :
Senior students are really cooperative. They are very friendly and they are very cooperative too. They helped us to clear the doubts. they supported us. they encouaged us. they help us to overcome different issues related to other departments.
Exam Structure :
Talking about the exam structure was really cool. I have 4 semesters. Each semesters i have 5 theory papers and a practical. In the third sem i have 5 theory papers and i mini project. About mini project we have viva related to the project. And that was also in the main project in 6 th sem.
Admission :
First i wrote the entrance exam for mca conducted by lbs center trivandrum.And i waited for the rank list. i secured 671 rank in that list.After that i went directly to the college and met the HOD of Computer Science department. He guided me to do the further processing.
Faculty :
Coming to the faculty side they were well educated professors. Their classes are excellent and worth value to the education. They also supported me to do other extra curricular activities. We have a festive occasion conducted by our department. All the faculty members are very cooperative.
