Review-[JMI], New Delhi

Already discussed. Negative points: 1) hostel availability 2) tpo 3) Infamous due to the current series of events. Positive points: 1) fee 2) great environment 3) teachers 4) placements if in cse 5) scholarships.

Research wise it is a great college, I myself was able to publish 2 research papers. The curriculum was not at all hectic. Unavailability of the hostel is a problem though. But overall the expenses are very less. The fee structure is very lenient.

TPO is not that active. But if you are from cse you will surely be placed. The average package was around 6. 5lpa in my batch. But the batch next to me had an average package8-9 LPA, in a nutshell, I can say the average package is increasing.

There are various festivals but as far I have witnessed University fests are better and technology fests aren't that great. There are various cultural festivals as well as technical fests but you won't find any popular celebrity in those fests. I would rate it 4/10 in this section.

The cheapest college in the whole town. One of the reasons I joined this college. On top of that, you would be getting scholarships. Normal fees are around 8000 per year but you surely will get a scholarship and your fee would boil down to around 600-700 per year.

There are various scholarships, you won't be needing any loans here. If you are a minority you would be getting a scholarship for sure. (MOMA) I got 7200 per year as my scholarship using MOMA that is provided by the government of India.

There is a good gender ratio. There is a sports complex known as Bhopal ground. Can easily host any national match of cricket football tennis etc. There are no discrimination that I have seen in my college. No discrimination of any kind.

Haven't really needed their help so far so can't comment. But there is a good amount of alumni working in great positions. As far as I have heard the alumnus is not that strong.

I gave JMIEEE but now admissions are done through jee mains. I was able to solve 148 questions out of 160 questions. I have no or little idea about the cutoff ranks now. There is an interview process but not in BTech.

I would say it was overall great, every college has a great and a dumb professor with a mixture of every kind. Teachers are very punctual. You won't find any class empty. Overall I would grade it around 8/10.
