About KIIT

Negtive- The food which we get here in our mess is not worth spending the amount.Like it could have been better. Some of the faculty are just here for money no experience nothing. Student popluation is very high. Positive- Campus is very great. Loaction is also great a bit far from Airport and Railway Station.

Course curriculum is good i won't say great but it works fine.Labs and exams are not chilled but also not hectic as it provides learning everytime. Must have been better but yes it is worth spending amount and studying CSE in this college will definitely a plus point for placement.

Well if you are in Computer Science dept.You will definitely get a placement after 4 years of studying the matters is qualtiy which will depend on thr student only.If someone is giving his/her the 100% surely he will get the best job.Otherwise placement scenario is great.

Many tyoes of events happens every year.chimera, kritarth, Nss, kiit fest and other different events which are worth attending. Technical events like Icdcit, Icaan, E-cell etc. You won't get bored if you are participating or working as an OC in any event.

Fee structure for B.Tech is a little bit expensive. Tuition fees- 1,50,000/sem Hostel fees- 21,000-60,000/sem Mess-18,000/sem Exam and other fees-2000-3000/sem Counselling fees-75,000( including laptop, books, and other necessities)

There is no such loan facilities i am awre of but yes there is a scholarship. Like if your rank in KIITEE is under 500 you will get a scholarship. And also if your a scholar in your academics you will get some scholarship.

Sports are very famous in our university. Every kind of sport is available in college. There are different types of societies and clubs in which you can easliy become a member. Different tyoes of national international workshops are being held here.

I Haven't had any kind of interaction with any alumni or senior, but people here tell about the seniors and alumni that they achieved a lot after studying and becoming a part of KIIT.Many alumnis are working in Great MNCs etc.

Kiitee is the entrance exam conducted by the university itself for the students, who get shortlisted according to their ranks. Wel, i got a decent rank in the exam and also i wanted to pursue Computer Science as a career so I chose CSE.

I think 80% faculty is great, some of them are good but can be better. They are well educated and experienced, some teachers are still pursuing their masters as well as teaching and try everything to give their best.Some teachers are annoying and still like school teachers.
