Entrance Preview

Software was booming & everyone was talking about it as a career option at that time. This prompted me to take the course. The course had no entrance examination. It was a direct admission. The process involved filling the form, taking admission when name got displayed on merit list.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Wipro, Ugam, HCL, Tech Mahindra came to our college. Stipend offered was maybe between 7 to 10K. I don't know much as I was not hired & got my job through job portals.

Placement Experience

I think 30 to 40 percent got placed through college placements. Companies like Wipro, Ugam, HCL, Tech Mahindra came to our campus. Most of them offered between 7 to 10K.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible. Don't remember exact fee structure or the amount. It was around Rs. 15,000 per year & increased by Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2000 every year. I think we also had an option to pay fees every 6 months.

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not avail any scholarship or loan facility from my college. Additionally I don't think there was such a facility available.

Campus Life

There were extracurricular activities like the departmental events. They were good. There were also workshops & lectures for personality development. There were sport events like cricket.

Talking about admission criteria of RJ college are based on merit scores of the last qualifying examination. Specific eligibility criteria vary by course but for mine its was minimum 45% in qualifying HSC examination and cutoff for the same at the time of my admission was 85 percent for hindi minority students and slightly more that non minority and open category students and very less score required for category students. College ki kahani meri zubani

The admission was online. I choose this college becoz it is near form station. Comparatively I didn't like the campus and canteen area much. There is no proper seating area for students.
