Remarks

Good college and infrastructure is still developing, but we are facing the problem of transportation facilities as well we don't have any big shops to by the clothes something, near the college, since college is outside the city.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In agriculture colleges we learned agriculture aspects along with that we also studies other aspects like computer science. Statistics, economics, mathematics, physics, etc. Total marks is 100 for exam. 50 is internals and 50 is external. internal 50 marks divides as midterm 30 marks, practicals10 marks, attendance 5 mark, manual 5 marks. In external 25 is subjective and 25 is objective

Placement Experience

4

Placement and jobs are taken easily because we have seniors, yes this college provides internship, but it gives only for 4th year students since I am 2nd year student i am not aware of any internship, but I can say that it provides beautiful experience for the upcoming job

College Events

4

1,Agricultural day- being a agriculture college we have celebrate this day, in this program we inspire the several farmers, 2,world Food day- in this day we teches the importance of food 3,World biotech day- teches importance of biotech 4,college day-we have to give any program and we have to wear different dress of different costume

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible for the middle class families and other, in year we got 2 semester for one semester we have to pay for about 15k so totally 30k for year in college. In hostel we have to pay for 2.5k per month, so it is feasible to all students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Yes this college provides good scholarship, if we are OBC students we get about 35K scholarship per year, by paying fee, if the students are SC and ST no fee for these students and no mess bill for them, along with university provided merit Scholarship for class toppers about 10k

Campus Life

3.5

In this college we have gave more importance to cultural programs because this college mainly targeted on farmers, and we give same importance to the sports also it has same national level competition. Our college got good , highly equipment laboratory.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, seniors plays an important role in getting placements or job after complete the degree, if we don't have interactive behavior with seniors we will definitely has to face the problems in sake of finding the job. By the alumni meet we can gather the information about the new start up ideas, and internship programs.

Admission

Through CET, as soon as KCET results came we have to go for option entry, then if we have good marks we get this college if we opted this college in option entry, then pay fee to kcet about 20000 then get the admission order from kcet website and give to this college. And give suitable documents which we produce through cet verification then join the college.

Faculty

4

Teaching faculty is good. But they won't provide any notes, we have to search for notes in library or in online etc, non teaching staff is good and students favour. Then we got the bank with in the campus so no problem for money transaction

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fully based on botany particularly Horticulture like fruits, vegetables, flowers, plantations, medicinal, and aromatic plants. I have chosen this because many govt jobs are available in this field. Our class has nearly 58 students. All professors are M.Sc. or Ph.D. with NET-qualified lectures. 3 exams will be conducted in a semester.

The main reason to choose the course was that I wanted to get into medicine but since I was not allotted I got into this which also had a good scope. The college has a good faculty-student ratio. Faculty members are well qualified with minimum qualification of M.Sc.(Agri) in the top University

Placement Experience:

I have no idea about placements. Seniors are either pursuing a PhD, or they are working as JRF. I haven't heard that even one of our seniors has been placed in any company. Students are worried about their future. There is no job security in this university for M.Sc and MBB students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have joined this course for learning gardening. Faculty members were good. majority of the Faculty completed master's degrees in Agriculture & Horticulture. This is a four years course. Every year, there are two mid exams & Two Semester exams, and Two Practical Exams. Mid exams were quite easy compared to Semester exams. But Easy to pass all those exams, if you thoroughly listen to classes & prepared well.

Including an 8-semester performance, there is a chance of placement. Many government jobs will be offered for BSc agriculture and MSc agriculture students 30 % chance to get a government job, many private sectors also provide a job for them by a package of 30000 per month. I'm planned to work in any government sector to give my best for our farmers
