Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course was very fantastic & interested. The exams was conducted by both college & University named as internal & external exam. Lab exams was done by college only. And compare to internal exams the external exam was something tough and the external exam contain objective & subjective paper both to appear in exam minimum of 80% attendence in every course is compulsory in our college.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement & job apportunities are very good in farm science course and we can eligible for both govt. & Pvt. Sectors jobs. And in our degree programme last year of graduation the students are assigned for internship in Agri biotechnology related companies & institution. Such as iits, monsanto, ncbs etc.

College Events

5

The events such as inter college sports meet, college cultural day, interclass sports meet, educational tours, all India your programme in 3rd year of graduation and many different celebration like republic day, Independence day, Gandhi jayanthi, youth day etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is feasible but for me. It's very expensive because I'm studying in educational loan. And to complete graduation nearly 2. 5 lak of money is required. It include both college & hostel fees. The seat iam selected for this college was govt seat but some amount of fee should we paid to institution such as your fee, laboratory fee, tution fee etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

We should receive scholarship by state government i. e vidyasiri food & accommodation scholarship. The loan facility was not given directly by college but they help for sanctioning of loan for students academics.

Campus Life

4

The extra curricular activities such as sports, cultural was very good in our college. Lab facility also very good & gender ratio of our college is near equal because our college has nearly 900 students in which boys nearly 470 & girls of 500.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, I am stay in hostel. The hostel has very good infrastructure and very good environment which is readily encourage to our study. and hostel provide us to the very good food facility and we do some shramadana in some days surrounding to our hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini network is very good in our institution. and all the aluminis are connected with college. They are very helpful in providing various information such as jobs& fellowship and college have broad WhatsApp group of aluminis. They also come college to various events such as college day & differ function celebration.

Admission

Agri Biotechnology is one of the farm science course. It has very broad scope. and I also have very intrest in farm & agriculture related studies. And I join this college through entrance exam i. e CET (Common entrance test).

Faculty

4.5

The teaching faculty was very good in our college. They have expert in their subjects and the teaching faculty have very good practical knoy also. They provide us to the good reference material & better knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fully based on botany particularly Horticulture like fruits, vegetables, flowers, plantations, medicinal, and aromatic plants. I have chosen this because many govt jobs are available in this field. Our class has nearly 58 students. All professors are M.Sc. or Ph.D. with NET-qualified lectures. 3 exams will be conducted in a semester.

The main reason to choose the course was that I wanted to get into medicine but since I was not allotted I got into this which also had a good scope. The college has a good faculty-student ratio. Faculty members are well qualified with minimum qualification of M.Sc.(Agri) in the top University

Placement Experience:

I have no idea about placements. Seniors are either pursuing a PhD, or they are working as JRF. I haven't heard that even one of our seniors has been placed in any company. Students are worried about their future. There is no job security in this university for M.Sc and MBB students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have joined this course for learning gardening. Faculty members were good. majority of the Faculty completed master's degrees in Agriculture & Horticulture. This is a four years course. Every year, there are two mid exams & Two Semester exams, and Two Practical Exams. Mid exams were quite easy compared to Semester exams. But Easy to pass all those exams, if you thoroughly listen to classes & prepared well.

Including an 8-semester performance, there is a chance of placement. Many government jobs will be offered for BSc agriculture and MSc agriculture students 30 % chance to get a government job, many private sectors also provide a job for them by a package of 30000 per month. I'm planned to work in any government sector to give my best for our farmers
