Remarks

Every college is not 100 percent perfect in fact you will face the problem when you are new to college but then u will opt the environment of the college and by that one can say that the college is good enough

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

Computer Science engineering students study about design, implementation, and management of information system of both software and hardware processes. Some of the topics that students pursuing computer science study are: The All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) has listed the model syllabus for Computer Science Engineering that every college offering the programme should adhere to. Take a look at the same below.

Placement Experience

1.5

Placements in the college are bad, and we can also say that there are no placements. Students have to find the internships on their own. Every year, only 2-3 companies visit the college for placements. Salary offered to placed students was in between Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 18,000 per month. Now, the placement management is changed because of the fewer placements in the last year

College Events

1.5

There are many events celebrated in our college infact we have separate community for events and that too for sports there is a diffrent community and for cultural programme we have a diffrent community We have Weekly cultural events Weekly activity Sports meet yearly An annual fest Alumni meet And there are many diffrent events on festival

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is quite feasible in my college I mean you can compare it with other colleges we have a yealry fees of around approx 80 k yealy which if far less than any other colleges or university in our locality and for that too we get a quality education

Fees and Financial Aid

Talking about the scholarship programe so their is one good thing about the colleges that come under utu university is they provide scholarship facility for the students who have taken admission in college through entrance exam

Campus Life

1.5

Campus life in sce is very cool , we have many courts for games ,gym, music room, for enjoyment. Every Saturday an extracurricular activity is organised by senior students. On important days like ,ozone day ,Earth day ,women's day we organised debates poster competition, drama ,etc to celebrate it. Here everyear we organise a tech fest which includes robotics fight , coding challenge, etc

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Considering me I am a day scholar so I cannot tell you much about college hostel facilties and the mess food but there are my friend and class mate who reside in the college hostel and according to their opinion the hostel facilties and the mess food is good as compared to the locals foods and resident facilties provided by the outsiders because my college is on the out skirt of town so I would recommend hostel

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni Actually there is a good alumni network in my college we do host alumni meet every year and they share valuable information with the juniors so that they can prepare for the corporate world out there

Admission

For B.Tech: The admission in B.Tech course is based on the rank/merit in IIT-JEE (Mains) and having 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in qualifying examination For Polytechnic Diploma: The admission Diploma course is based on the rank/merit in JEEP conducted by the UBTE.

Also since our college don't have such big strength like the private universities have and therefore placements final figures may be small but in all, our percentage of placements are better and higher than those of the private universities.

In GEU, placements are good and this was the main reason I took admission here. Companies visits here from Hyderabad offices and even Pune offices who doesn't just gives us jobs but intenrships opportunities too. Around 20% of the students even get PPO as our college teaching and training is such that getting job here is a cakewalk.

Oracle, Microsoft, DeShaw and almost every company which needs IT services have looked upon GEU because we are trained that way. This is the reason our median has gone up and this year was a breakout year for placements for GEU as over 15-20 students were hired for packages of over 40 LPA.
