A place where students can feel free to express themselves

The college is overall good regarding campus, placement, faculty etc.

Every semester has 1 mid sem exam which is of20 marks and 1 end semester exam which is 50 marks. The rest 30 marks depend on the different activities conducted by a teacher like a quiz, assignment, presentation etc. It is more research type based. The curriculum is designed in such a way that the students don't feel any burden on themselves.

The companies that come for placement are Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, TechMahindra, TCS, etc. The training and placement centre starts preparing the student for the placement from the 5th semester.

Every year fest is conducted in the month of December. It is for 3 days and various technical, non-techanical and cultural events are performed. The cash prize is associated with each event. A student can participate in more than 1event. Different school provide different events.

The fee structure is quite expensive. For the batch 2018-2019, the tution fees are 1,50,000 and the mess fees is 17,500. There are choices related to the type of hostel. There are AC hostel and non AC hostel. There are single bedded Ac room, double bedded Ac room and 3 bedded ac room and the same goes with the non AC rooms.

No, I have not opted for an internship till date. The college provides various chances of the internship.

There is no discrimination based on gender or any race. All are given equal participation. Every weekend different workshops are held. There are more than 25 societies. A student can be a part of more than 1 society. The labs are good, well equipped with modern infrastructure.

The hostel facilities are ok. The warden is good. If we talk about food, the food provided is not that good. Menus are not changed for a long time. Some time half uncooked food is served and sometimes food has a very bad taste which is very difficult to eat.

The seniors are cooperative and they are always ready to help. They guide us, helps to choose a better course, better faculty. They are very friendly.

An entrance exam is conducted in the month of April. It is an online-based test. It consists of 3 sections. Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The total weightage of the paper is 480. 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer and -1 will be deducted for every wrong answer. The questions are of MCQ pattern.

The teachers are well qualified and are very polite. The content delivered by the teacher is up to date and very helpful. The faculty clears the doubt in the class as far as possible. Faculties use daily life problems as for an example which helps in better understanding.
