Course Curriculum Overview

The course and curriculum for the MBA program were well planned as well as encouraged us to enhance our knowledge with respect to management and leadership skills. Along with this, I learned about operational strategy as well as Finances.

Placement Experience

The placement is the most important element for the student, Hence, each of the final year students gets this opportunity to work with good organization. Last year the average CTC of the total students was estimated to be around Rs.18.47 Lakhs. Apart from that I was placed in Airtel and was offered a good amount.

College Events

I remember I attended many events and workshops organized by the college authority. One of the events was organized by confluence 16 on the industry interaction committee of the college on the annual Marketing & Finance Conclave.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total amount I invested for the completion of my MBA degree was about Rs 8,80,000/- hence, for the 1st year, I paid around Rs 440,000/-. The amount I paid was quite high but worth enough to invest as today I am making more money than I spent.

Hostel Facilities

My hostel room was clean and with a comfortable bed. I use to share my room with one of the senior students. And the best feature of the hostel was the infrastructure was good as well as we were given good facilities like for food we had a mess and for the entertainment purpose we had this indoor game room and for the meetings, we had this common room.

Admission

My admission for the MBA program was based on the merit list derived by the college on the basis of CAT scores. And as I was able to achieve the desired scores. I got enrolled here without any hassle.

Faculty

The professors were good and most of them were understanding. Their way of tackling things was impressive as well as the teaching methodology. With their teaching approach, I was able to understand the difficult subjects without any issues.

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

DOMS Roorkee experience of MBA

I applied for this position through the IIT Roorkee website and paid an Rs.1600 application fee. Admission was made solely on the basis of merit and personality. Actually I did my graduation from NIT Delhi and also wanted to maintain my MBA standard upto that for which IIT Roorkee was a great option. Management department of this institute is known for its high placements and also has AICTE approval.
