We used to attend theory classes during the weekdays and would attend the hospital during weekends.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was pretty good and the structure was carefully curated to include both in order to impart both theoretical learning and hands-on practical experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was pretty nominal. Partly that was because of the fact that the college is affiliated with the RGUHS. I only paid 18000 as my one-year fee. Overall, the college is affordable and very, much budget-friendly.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship options are available for meritorious students as per the norms prescribed by the RGUHS university. Students belonging to a minority group can also avail numerous scholarships and grants offered by the university.

Campus Life

Our college was very active in terms of both extra-curricular activities and co-curricular activities. Our college organized KIDWAI Premier League which was an inter-house cricket tournament. At the end of the tournament different awards were awarded like 'best player of the tournament.

Admission

Admissions are done on the basis of common counseling conducted by the RGUHS University. Seats are allocated on the basis of class 12 marks of the applicant. Students have to enroll in the counseling process.

Faculty

The faculty of the college was very talented and was very supportive. Both teaching and non-teaching staff were friendly and would use to share a laugh or two with us. They all invested a lot of time in us, in shaping our career. Overall the standard of teaching was pretty good.

Placement Experience:

At St Aloysius University, students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onward. Reputed companies like Infosys, wipro, TCS etc have visited the campus offering multiple roles in IT services, research and analytics. The highest package has been around 7-8 LPA while the average has been around 3-4 LPA depending on the company and the profile of the student. Around 60-70% of eligible students secure placement each year

My honest review: College life, curriculum and career preparation

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it around 8/10 for relevance and comprehensiveness. I chose this course because it offered solid foundational subjects that aligned with my interests. The curriculum prepares students well for higher studies and provides decent exposure to lab techniques. However, for real world readiness, it could be improved. Teaching methods are mostly theory-heavy and would benefit from interactive approaches. Exams are moderately difficult and conceptual clarity and regular revision helps in scoring well.

Placement Experience:

Students in their fifth and sixth semesters are eligible for the campus placement cell. Only 50 -60% of students get campus placement offers. I would get into post-grad courses like an MSc in physics.

We will be ready for placements from the 5th semester as we will be given training on interview skills in the 5th semester. There are many companies that visit colleges like PN Rao, Reliance, Tailorman, etc. There are good different profiles offered like merchandising, designing, retail with different packages offered from different companies. There is 100% placements assured from college also we get more options for interviews and companies. I got placed from college in Tommy Hilfiger after my degree.
