The syllabus was changed when we got admitted to this college. Exam Structure- 1.Instead of 3 hours theory exam, it will only have 30 marks Multiple Choice Questions. 2.Every Subject will have its own GD/PPT for sharpening communication skills of student which is required in every Industry. 3.In every semester, we will have a subject namely "Engineering Design & Innovation" in which we have to create a project, which helps other in one or other way.

Here our college has dedicated "TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL" which helps students to get a good sourced internship. Here first companies are validated by "TRAINING &PLACEMENT CELL" and then the list is provided to student for further process. Here placement and job opportunity are great.

Here in VIT Events are the best part. There are 2 major events held - "MELANGE" and "Vishwakarandak" Vishwakarandak is interdepartmental fest organized by VIT. Here a war is emerged between the departments of VIT whereas MELANGE is intercollegiate fest organized by VIT.

It is expensive for most of the students (even for me), but it's worth it. We get a Quality education here. And concession provided by government helps students financially. But the problem is If they are increasing intake of students they should actually decrease fees, but instead they increased the fees. Thus it is Expensive.

There are scholarship offered by govt. Of Maharashtra. Ebc which gives concession on tution fee(50%) And Panjabrao which gives concession on hostel or rented rooms There are some scholarship given by college but honestly I'm not aware of them.

VIT has good and tidy labs. Vit has mostly all equipments required, As multiple companies contributed. Students are encouraged to take part in sports. Extracurricular activities are good in VIT. Overall VIT is BEST

The alumni network is good in VIT. They post tips, hints to guide students to the path they want. The senior students can form project groups with juniors so that they can take help as well as learn from them.

Through MHCET on merit basis. I had completed my diploma from "Government Polytechnic Kolhapur" and got admission in "Vishwakarma Institute of Technology" in DIRECT SECOND YEAR. Actually this college was on Priority No 4, I was sad at first(human nature) But then I thought its not that bad.

Faculty is really good in VIT. Faculty is well trained & has good knowledge about subjects they are teaching. Every batch is alloted a Guardian, which guides & helps student in academic as well as personal issues. Here feedback of student is at No. 1 Priority.
