Remarks
We still has some infrastructure problems. Some classrooms are not good enough to sit and learning.The toliet facilities for students are not good. We don't have hostel facilities for boys. These are negatives of my college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The entire course is divided into four semesters. In each semester, the students will have to write a public examination. To complete the course, student must clear all public examinations with minimal marks.
Placement Experience
My college does not provide any such internships. College will not have any responsibilities about the job of students. The students themselves have to try and find job. Usually companies will not come to arts colleges to hire people.
College Events
College will have a students union, a couple of students elected by students in the college democratically. The union will conduct several programs in college. Arts fest, sports day, union day. etc. Apart from these, the government will conduct some other educational programs such as Seminars.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since it is a government college, the fees are feasible to every students. Most of the time, the whole fee will be provided by government itself, so that the students with poor economic background has nothing to pay as fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarships are provided by government and not by colleges. There is no loan facility offered by the college. But students can apply for several scholarships through colleges that will be approved and granted by government.
Campus Life
The students union and college will conduct several extracurricular activities which are good. Sports and lab facilities are also good. We have a good play ground and lab facilities in my college.
Alumni/Alumna
The college has an effective alumini network. Senior students are always helpful. The college will bring the successful students back to speak to the junior students so that the juniors will get motivated.
Admission
The admission process is through single window online application. Students will get admission based on the mark in public examination.Students with good marks will get admission in colleges based on their choice.
Faculty
I am studying in a government college. All faculties of my college are well educated and experienced. Even though some faculties are not good enough in teaching. Sometimes the method of teaching is not so effective.
