A journey worth sharing

Has a great infra but you will not achieve anything of the old royal infras you have train your brain for achieving something in this mine of knowledge. Hostels are not well as of infra and mess. Old faculty of teachers are quite good.

The Arts course is somewhat ground to its every student dream of govt job. The syllabus will provide an great base for the same. It has great content and overview for each and every subject taught in the faculty.

The placements are somewhat nil in the Central University of Allahabad, this has many reasons has its situated in one of the low concentrated Industrial region. The syllabus has now got old and it needs to be updated. As the common masses has the appeal for the govt jobs no one has the need or any complains regarding the placements.

As its one of the oldest university in India its till now quite reputed as being of the government university it wholy celebrates the national festivals such as Republic and Independence day. Other mostly events occurs at the PG levels at our time but things are changing now Freshers party outfield visits and various talent hunts are available by the students from the University or the student groups.

The fees is structre is suprisingly low one can complete its graduation in and around of INR 4000. The fees is cheap in consideration to its surrounding as most of the students are from the country side they can't afford the heavy structure of fees they are kept relatively low.

Govermental scholarships are provided by the goverment on the basis of your fathers income you. For this you have to present your identity and other documents with the same in the deans office. You can also have the fees waivers when passed through distinctions.

As of being in the undergraduation of the arts faculty one don't need much of extracurricular activities such as labs or sports. The science faculty has one of the best labs with the modern equipments available and the upgradation going on.

I was considered for the hostel but not had accommodated it as my friends were had previously opted for the rent. Have seen the hostels its given on merit basis of the entrance exams the infra is quite average with no mess you have to cook on your own.

No the alumini are of the past has a great (one who have achieved success has great prestige in the society and none will entertain you at any cost) others are just busy with there jobs preparations going on. You have to achieve all ground on your own.

Clearing the entrance exam one have the process of documents verification after the entrance results at the Pravesh bhawan of the University. Entrance form exams are avialable in the month of March end or April. Entrance exams are conducted in the month of May

The Old faculty of the teachers are quite good. They are one of the best present at the time in India to their respected subjects. The new batch of teachers find it difficult to cope up with the old. As of my experince student wish to have learnings from the senior teachers
