Remarks
Positive feedback would just not be enough for my Alma mater. I would absolutely like to point out that from the beginning of the course up until the end of the years; my peers from JISCE have been very helpful and were successful in bringing out the best in me. This is why the best at JISCE never rest.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure and the Curriculum that the esteemed institution follows is totally NAAC 'A' accredited. The curriculum could be made a bit elastic and elaborate at the same time. Exam structure is the main framework for the institution.
Placement Experience
The placement criteria totally is on basis of merit and attendance. Big 9001 companies generally recruit every year. Internship is also available on the basis of merit. I got offered for an internship to BSNL for my course. Stipend seemed to be a bit low as it was in Kolkata.
College Events
Extraaaaa Curricular Activities are a great part of JISCE. JISCE indulges it's students to take part in major leagues for college graduates in the field of Cricket, Football as well as Indoor tournaments. Cultural and Technical fests are also something JISCE students look forward to every year on.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for any Private funded Institution is on a meteoric rise these days. It seemed feasible for students as the institution gave the state of art education and experience. JISCE also has the options for waivers and fee deduction schemes for students who are not from an affluent family.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship schemes are also run on the basis of merit. Loan facilities are generally available from good Government Banking institutions. Availability is subject to market change and policies generated by both parties (bank and institution).
Campus Life
Extracurricular Activities like I have already mentioned before and I repeat are a must for every JISCEIAN. All and every kind of extracurricular feats that a student performs are taken into account and have an overall weightage when graduating from the institution. Labs are taken well care of and maintained for optimum level of education.
Hostel Facilities
I had not opted for Hostelling at JISCE. JISCE has its own Hostels for both the genders. It has the availability of food, rent, competitions. The infrastructure is also A-Top. JISCE hostels also provides a lot of amenities and facilities like Free Wi-Fi and so on.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are a big plus for JISCE. Most seniors are helpful and always indulge in Fairplay and try to pry out that inner strength from within you. Regular interactions and help that are forwarded from the seniors do come into play during the college life for any student at JISCE.
Admission
AIEEE Mains and also JEE Mains. Both would get you eligible and selected. AIR = 20000 and less. Admission totally on the basis of merit. Meritorious students are welcome and should possess good communication and dedication.
Faculty
The faculty for most of the department in the institute has been showcased as the best ever. The faculty comprises of senior who have had very good peers and give their best for the aspirations of the students.
