Remarks
I don't think that any negative point of this college because everything is best in this college.Even Director sir is also a good person, Faculties member are also very familiar. Fourth grade employees like mess person are also very good and we all respects them.
Course Curriculum Overview
From my opinion the course structure is best. Professors in the college are also good in teaching. B.Tech is a course of 4 years it means 8 semester time range between 1st to 2nd semester is 6 months in between these 6 months there was Project, Mid sem, Assignment etc.
Placement Experience
Placement and Jobs are good in our campus. In 2019 there were many students placed in Capegemini,Wipro, Cognizant,360 Realtors, Tata Consultancy,much and many more companies came in college for placement.Even in our college there is a Training and Placement Cell which helps in taking Placement. Our college doesn't provide Internship but our college provide training.
College Events
In our college many events celebrated like every year Fresher's Party. Tech-Fest which is a game related to technology. After that krishna puja like Janmashtami, Saraswati puja and events like cultural Fest in this celebrities came to college for best performance and programs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure for Hostalites are 40 thousands per semester + 23 thousands Lodging and Fooding in hostel for Hostalites. After that, For Non - Hostalites there was only 40 thousands the education fee per semester. Overall, In education 3lakh20 thousands total expenditure of course study.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan Facility offered by our College. From college adminstration they give the Bonafide letter from that we took loan from any bank. College also gave loan attached SBI Bank in the college Campus.Loan Facilities are good. Scholarship is only for the students who have a domicile of west bengal.
Campus Life
Labs are good. Practical knowledge is very important in technical education and lab or practical education are best in our college. Sports are also at good position.In our college Football and Cricket and volleyball practice at day by day and selected students go for college and district level.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted for hostel. Infrastructure is good the top view of hostel seems like ( H ). Facilities are good. First a fall Tea at morning after that from 8 Am to 10 Am breakfast.In day From 1 Pm to 3 Pm lunch time.From 6 Pm to 7 Pm Snacks in the evening.And at last in the night From 8 Pm to 11Pm for dinner.And there is a Warden in Hostel for caring the students.
Alumni/Alumna
Aluminees and seniors are best. Good in any field they help us in our study even they help also in our family matters like seniors are also a part of family. They are at good position and helps in placement and study.
Admission
I gave WBJEE examination in 2015 through which i secured 15200 rank.After that in counselling i got the college Dr BC Roy Engineering College and pursuing B.Tech in Civil This college is placed at durgapur west Bengal and the pin code is 713206.
Faculty
Faculty are good.In Dr BC Roy Engineering College for every and each subject there was a new faculty and also they were high educated. In my department Civil Engineering our Head of department is Dr. Sabyasachi chandra is doctorate from IIT Kharagpur.
