Remarks
Postive-The teaching is good and most of the teachers put their full effort. Negative-Poor infrastructure and no proper labs which make it very difficult for students.The college library is only for name sake and is very poor
Course Curriculum Overview
It's a four year course.First year all students of different streams have to follow the same syllabus. Exams are conducted semester wise.The entrance exam will be having multiple choice questions. There is negative marking for wrong answers
Placement Experience
Placements are good for cse and it branch.In other branches it's very difficult to get into core companies of that particular branch.If you don't have any backpapers then we can internship during 6th semester.Overall the college is not up to the mark
College Events
The main fest is the college annual fest sattva.It is conducted in every even semester.Then there are other events like the freshers football tournament . Cultural fests like onam and Saraswati Pooja are also celebrated
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is like 26000 per semester for state merit students and 52k for all India merit students. The fees is actual heavy compared to the limited infrastructure and opportunities we get. There is no college hostel
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship is offered by college or by the university.The only scholarships we can apply for are the central government and state government provided scholarships.There are many government scholarships
Campus Life
Basically there are no other extra curricular activities we can indulge.The only other option is sports which is also not supported by the college.Labs are poor and students of some branches have to go to Cochin to attend labs because of the poor labs here
Alumni/Alumna
Alumini meets are conducted.This year also there was an alumni meet and the 20th anniversary of the college was celebratedSeniors students are also helpful when it comes to academics and other things.
Admission
Wrote the CAT exam .As per the rank allotment process will continue.There is two campus under the university one in Cochin and one in kuttanad. Most of them prefer the other campus.During option register you can register for the particular courses you are interested.After allotment if there is any vacancy then spot admission is conducted
Faculty
Faculty of the college is neither good nor bad. There are so many experienced teachers and at the same time new recruits whom are not good enough .The teaching system is more of like a school type of thing.
