Remarks

90% are negative, and remaining good things are about cleanliness and lab facility . The other I could say they have a badminton court inside the auditorium. And they are well maintained. That is a good practice

Course Curriculum Overview

Not bad, exam structure is about semester wise, I got 8 semesters but for first year exam is year wise. S1 and s2 will get exam together on year ending. Rest of all semesters got individual semester exams.

Placement Experience

They just offer placements for it stream only. They just want to show a big flex in front of the college at the admission time. They will bring so many call centre company so that they will take students with arriers.

College Events

Absolutely nothing. We were forced not to do any celebrations in the college. So that we conducted a strike against the management for allowing us to organize onam celebration. After a day of strike even with girls. They allowed .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive they add extra charges for pta about 5000 rs, and we don't even get a pta meeting until last year. Each year they collect 5000 rs from each student. And also for bus fees about 2500 rs for a hosteler

Fees and Financial Aid

College don't facilitate for any type of loans. Thay will allow us to take from banks. And they willnot show any type of mercy even in case of financialy poor background students. They will collect 4 lack for nri quota

Campus Life

Labs are ok, they are well maintained and facilitated, they are the only good thing saw and experienced there. They got something about 10 crores worth equipments. And they are well maintained with lab assistants.

Hostel Facilities

Bad, they don't provide quality food, recently they got a complaint of food poison in the hostel. And even the news don't come out, because cash flies higher than an eagle. About 100 students were hospitalized.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

In my case nothing because they don't provide any alumni meeting and they don't have absolutely nothing with alumni. If any students got job in higher companies they will call them and take photos and put a big flex in front of college

Admission

By management merit list and I got a rank of 149, they called for interview, they first asked me which stream I needed,then I told electrical. They replied me you have no seat left and I got admission for mechanical engineering

Faculty

Bad. They don't even support you for anything they are just doing as in a school of 7th standard. Very boring class. Very boring faculties. And extremely boring management personals. I don't recommend this college

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Placement Experience:

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

My options were SJCET and AJCE. Now both are autonomous, when i was there to join a student commit suicide and my friend was already a student who pursuing ece and said dont ever come to the hell.
