Remarks

Good college having great atmosphere ,its a greenery college and full of trees and there have some negatives like there not have sufficient toilets for students and also need a good sports ground and need a outdoor auditorium

Here offers UG and PG courses Bsc.electronics,Bsc.computer science,BCA, BCOM with computer application and MCOM with computer application.Here following the syllabus of university of calicut and UG courses have 6 semester and PG have 4 semester each semester have exams for core and complimentary courses practical lab exams also

They provide good placement opportunities, students from here placed in various MNC like TCS , WIPRO , COGNIZANT . tcs also conducts their css programmes there as per their social responsibility and there have a placement cell for helping students

Spots day Its for encouraging sports skill of their students 4.national and state celebrations like onam , diwali, independence day etc

Each semester have fees for General and obc students and SC ,ST,OEC Students completely free of cost because SC ,ST, OEC students fees is completely given by state government and OBC candidates have an option to get scholarship

Loan facility available for courses offered here most of nationalised and scheduled banks give loans for study here. Here loans are only needed for General and OBC candidates college gives proper documents for getting loan when we submit a request for get that loan

Here have one electronics lab with good facilities updated equipments and two computer labs one for Bsc and another for Bcom and BCA students having latest model system and good highspeed internet connection and sports and arts activities done good each activities have enough equipments here.

Here have two method for getting admission This college under university of calicut 1. Centralised single window admission process by university of calicut for 50% of seats 2. IHRD management form getting from the college and filling and submit it directly in college its for rest 50% seats But both are purely merit based

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers.
