Remarks

The past two years or so have produced perhaps the most rapid changes ever seen in higher education. The “completion agenda” set forth by President Obama and the Lumina Foundation has enabled institutions to focus on the graduation of all students, rather than only those who enter as part of a specific first-time full-time.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

BSC computer science is the best option for graduate students because if you have brilliance in this subject then you have a lot of ways to get a job or make a new startup. And coming to the examination part Calicut University is a little bit slow on their exams. Exams may be late for 2 or 3months but it doesn't matter for students they have passion and brilliance.

Placement Experience

0.5

Placement programs are not in this college. But our university done for the students yeah internship is not provided by the college if we search for and do for ourselves is better. All over experience is well. we have enjoyed sometimes arts day sports college day yeah we have overall fun there.

College Events

0.5

Arts day, Sports day, College day, Food festival, Ethnic day, College tour, Onam, Christmas. Above all of the celebrations we celebrate well usually the second year we enjoyed a lot. because 2nd year is best for the students to participate and have the energy to do these things.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Computer science students pay 15000 per semester. According to other self-financing colleges, it is better for computer science students not only that we have the complementary subject electronics so we have that lab too.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship for this college. Yeah, of course, loan facility available for the students who get merit seats and not only that. You have to apply to the bank for educational loans and the principal gets the offer letter and it makes it simpler for us.

Campus Life

0.5

Sports, art days are the main extracurricular activities done through the college. I am a right-hand off-spinner I have a special ability to bowl googles have it I make a lot of memories and arts day is another memorable event.

Alumni/Alumna

No creating an engaged, supportive alumni network is crucial to an institution’s success. If communication stops once graduates leave an institution, their understanding of the university will become stale. Instead, they should be kept informed so they can remain engaged and keep abreast of the progress of the university. Good alumni relationships bring many benefits to both the institution and the alumni. Here we speak to HE professionals who work in Alumni Relations about the benefits of maintaining an engaged alumni network and how the market is changing.

Admission

Single window system through Calicut University as per Calicut University academic policy all should admission. First up all we have to complete online registration then only we have a chance to allot to our desired college or course.

Faculty

1

Honestly, the faculty of SNDP college is very poor. Because our skill is developing through academic sessions. they usually read the books that it no comprehension between students take place in this college. Then we had lost many academic sessions due to strikes etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
