It's a good college

More positives than negatives. The faculty is supportive and cooperative. The departments are well organized and the examination schedule is very much impresive. You can make a lot of friends and ne accuanted to a lot of people.

The syllabus is very impressive and worthy, most of it is from the IIT curriculum. Efficiently divided credits and almost every semester has 6 theory and 2 labs. The end of semester does get a bit hushed. There are 4 modules in each subject.

Placement is decent and for three non-core Engineering courses the placement is pretty much great. But in core subjects it lacks the basic reference. Internships are provided by our college. They let you get involved in the basic works which will gives you the pillar of the work.

Annual tech fest is organised in December or January. Annual cultural fest in February or March. Saraswati puja celebration is done by the north indian community in the campus. The onam celebrations are a great treat to watch and is celebrated in august or september.

There are a lot of categories in the college, the fees is even for all the eight semesters. For all india general category it is almost ?45,000. For NRI category it stands at ?60,000 approx. For state general category it is approximately ?23,000. State category SC/ST fees is pretty less and govt provides special stipends too for these students.

Education loan could be easily availed in the college's name. Almost all the banks today are providing education loans at very less interest percentage compared to earlier. Scholarships can be availed by students of a particular section like state SC/ST students.

As any Engineering college extra curricular is a big part here too. Cricket, badminton, basketball, and table tennis are played and practiced in the campus. Laboratories are available with required instruments and machines.

The college does not have it's own hostel, but there are a lot of nearby hostels available in private. Even flats are available which could be rented with your friends. The hostels are not very expensive and if you have shared rooms it would range between ?1000-?1500.

Not much of help but if you know the seniors they might be helpful. The network is not present here so you may have to extend yourself or reach out to them for any help. People are good here and helpful.

All india examination in last week of april every year. After that real time admissions take place for rank holders and you can select your branch from different Engineering course offered here. You will have 2 campuses to choose from.

Good faculties, some are really experienced and have good teaching techniques. Some are really knew, they are freshers as professors and lack the basic skill of communication with the students. Most of the lecturers have masters degree. Most of them are cooperative and have references.
