College

The placement facilities provided are good. Most of the students are placed in IT sector. Remarkable placements have been achieved in the previous years where leading companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Wipro, BHEL etc. had their choice here. Compared with IT, fewer placements are available in other department's core companies.

The college labs are well-organised and got every faculty members. The Wi-Fi is not available in the campus completely. The medical facilities, sports, other activities are very active in the campus. The food in the canteen is just average. The hostel rooms are good, and the food is also very good in quality for the students.

The college has a large campus, spread across 90 acres of land. RIT is one of the premier Engineering institutions in the state of Kerala owned by the government of Kerala. As an engineering graduate of this institution, I can proudly say that, it houses one of the best infrastructure facilities in the state, with modern labs and research facilities.

The college holds some events each year and the highlight being RITU, the national level techno-cultural of RIT. The campus is located near to the national highway and making an easily accessible location at all times.

The candidates can get admission in the engineering colleges of Kerala on the basis of state level, national level and some university level exams. To get admission, candidates must pass the entrance exam. Candidates those qualify the entrance exam are called for the counselling session.

As per now, the college runs under two different universities, namely KTU and MG University. High-quality teaching provided where each of them being qualified from national institutes like IITs, NITs, IISc etc. Regular interactions with external industries are carried out by these faculty members.
