Remarks

This college has provided me all the opportunities I wanted. From studies to extracurricular activities to placements. My college has taken care of all the aspects. I don't see anything negative about this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is provided by Bangalore University, as it is the affiliated college of Bangalore University. There are few flaws in the curriculum of Bangalore University.and also few repeatative subjects in final year.

College Events

4.5

1. ENORM - Management Fest - Around 15 to 20 colleges for all part of the country comes to our college to participate. 2. Ethnic day - Everyone has to come to college in ethnic attire. 3. Fresher's Welcome. 4. Sports Day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When I had joined Presidency the fee was 95000 for first year, 80000 for second year and 80000 for third year. But now it has become 125000 for first year, 100000 for second year and 100000 for third year. It is expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided for sports students and backward class students. For cricket the provide upto 100% scholarship. For football they provide upto 50% scholarship and for backward category students they prove 10%-20% scholarship. For bank loan college provides assistance.

Campus Life

5

1. Morpheus club takes care of conducting and participating management fests. Students participates in management fests in the colleges located inside and outside the city. 2. Disha Club takes care of cultural activities. 3. Other than these there are several other clubs like HR club,NSS, Rotaract Club etc. 4There are college football team, cricket team, basket ball team etc. College really backs it's students to participate in extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

5

College has taken a building on lease for hostel purpose as they don't have their own property for hostel accommodation. There are two hostel buildings for boys'and two more hostel buildings for girls'There are. Parking facility and 4 times food provided from hostel. Hostel fee is around 100000.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the alumni of presidency College are really helpful as they continuously keep us updating about openings in their respective organisations. Presidency College also conducts alumni meet every year.

Admission

I have came through by the consultancy.first they will see your class 12 percentage then will allot a course for and then you can choose which course is better for you then they will allot a course you have choosen.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are well trained and 50% of them are PhD holders. Faculties are very student friendly. They are ready to help students even after college hours. If a student is weak in a subject, college provides special care to them.

Placement Experience:

The institute records an impressive average package of ~INR 7.20 LPA and the highest packages reaching up to INR 53.50 LPA. The college actively drives employability through a dedicated 'Talent Transformation Hub'. Campus Placements Overview CIT is known for its solid industry connections, resulting in 80–90% placement rates annually. Top Recruiters: Companies like Accenture, Infosys, HP, Amazon, and Samsung. The Process: The placement cell conducts specialized skill-building boot camps and provides structured mentorship to ensure students are corporate-ready by graduation. If Placements Fall Short: Employability & Alternative Plans Even though CIT consistently places the vast majority of its batch, students who do not secure on-campus job offers (or wish to pursue other paths) have robust support through: Startup & Entrepreneurial Initiatives: CIT has an active E-Cell and a business connection to help budding founders. The Talent Transformation Hub focuses on practical knowledge needed to start a business. Higher Education: Students frequently leverage the college's alumni network and faculty mentorship to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, or to apply for Master's programs (MS, M.Tech) in India or abroad. Off-Campus Drives & Internships: Students are encouraged to undertake industry internships and live projects to build their portfolios, making it easier to land off-campus roles at top tech companies.

This is the best part. The whole point of niat program is to get a study for the job. It's not like the old system where you chill for 3 years and panic in the 4th year. All the learning here are very different. From the first day itself we will be doing coding.
