Remarks

The college is awesome, the campus is nice and studious the faculties are excellent and there are lot of placement opportunities .

Entrance Preview

IIT JEE,KEAM. I scored 450/960 for kerala engineering entrance exam(keam)And opted for this college as it is reputed and my rank is acceptable.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was good. First year includes almost all subjects like electronics, electrical, computer, physics, math etcFrom second year the subjects are course oriented.

Internships Opportunities

Currently many companies offer internship, but students are rather interested in completing the course and getting placed instead of doing a one year internship.

Placement Experience

Almost all students who passes for exams are placed in companies like IBM, mrf, TCS etc there are enough opportunities for deserving students to get placed in reputed MNCs.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers a variety of scholarship for financially backward students. There are national as well as state government conducted scholarships.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
