Remarks
Like any college there are few negativities like comparatively low teaching standards, a bit burdening evaluation methodology. Also there is locational disadvantage since it is situated in outer area of the city and also is in a second tier city.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well balanced and is in hands with the present trend and requirements of the industry. More focus is on continuous learning and therefore regular evaluation is done to check upon the learning of the students.
Placement Experience
Placements are excellent in my college, be it off campus or on campus. With a quite high average package of 15.5 lacs it is one of the best performing college.The alumni network makes sure of the presence of various companies for recruitment.
College Events
Various events are celebrated here, including Foundation day, Cultural, Technical and Sports fests along with the national holidays. The preparation is completely student driven and upto the marks.With complete participation of both the administration and students they are always a success
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite feasible both when compared with other colleges. Also when compared with amenities provided they prove to be quite feasible. Almost every necessities are provided free of any extra charges and the students' problems are quickly addressed
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides a number of scholarship which include both merit based and means based. They can be availed and are quickly credited. Apart from this state government funded loans are also awarded to students.
Campus Life
They are quite good. No. of sports facilities are here including basketball, cricket, football, volleyball, swimming and indoor sports are available too. The labs have finely working instruments and are in enough numbers for everyone to be used by. The computer labs are excellent with access to everyone throughout the day.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility and infrastructure is excellent. Rooms are quite good and the washrooms are always clean and well-tended to. Electricity supply is always there with very few power cuts. Water supply is also regular.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes , the seniors and the alumni network are always helpful. They always are ready to help the students be it in academics or other domains. They also provide students with study material if required and also help in learning new resources too.
Admission
Admission was via JEE mains exam. Based on percentile score ranks were prepared. College councelling was done. Final admission was done by being present in the campus. Previously requested documents were collected. Tution fee and mess fee was taken and hostels were alloted.
Faculty
The faculty are quite experienced and well knowledge. Although some of their's teaching isn't upto the mark. The TA's are really helpful and quite efficient in their work.The faculty's knowledge of the industry allows them to provide us with industry relevant knowledge.
