Remarks

The positive point is a huge no. Of opportunities are provided to a student. A student is allowed to choose his courses by himself even after the 2nd year. The academics here are superb. One negative point I think is about hostel conditions.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's nice. I also want to say that IIT Bombay highly focuses on academics. The course curriculum Is well maintained and properly designed according to what subject a student wants to study. The exams are conducted on regular intervals here.

Placement Experience

The placement and job scenario of IIT Bombay is considered to be one of the best in India. Yes, IIT Bombay provides good opportunities for internships and placements. The stipend amount depends on company to company.

College Events

There are many events celebrated at IIT Bombay on a regular interval. Many major events are also celebrated in which lacs of students take part. 1. Mood indigo Last year around 1.75 lacs visited it. 2. Techfest Asia's largest technical fest

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure here is according to the government norms and generally, it is feasible And also if not for any student it provides various scholarships on various criteria. Overall I think IIT Bombay is fees are feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are provided by the institution to the needed students. The scholarships are either government-funded or funded by our alumnus. It provides NTSE scholarship and mess rebate for needed students.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities present here are of the next level. Labs and other facilities are properly provided d with proper instruments and safety precautions. For sports, major events like inter IIT is conducted every year.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students here are very helpful for a student to start his completely new life. Here at IIT Bombay, there is a zero-tolerance policy for ragging. So there is no ragging to the most extent. And also we have a great alumni network at IIT Bombay.

Admission

Through JEE-Advanced exam. It's is an exam which is conducted once a year by one of the prestigious IIT. This exam is known as one of the toughest exams in India. For this generally, students take coaching.

Faculty

The faculties of IIT Bombay are highly knowledgeable persons. They are always there to help you whatever the matter may be related to whether it's an academic or nonacademic matter. They will be always present.

Placement Experience:

placements here are eligible from the 6th sem . companies like tcs , infosys , capgemini , tech mahindra , infocepts etc visit the campus offering multiple roles .the highest package is around 12LPA while average ranges between 3 to 4 LPA . My plan is to prepare for campus placement drive

Placement Experience:

The placements here are good. But if more diverse number of companies are coming , then it would be more beneficial for students. Te average package you can expect is 4lpa . The most number of students getting placed companies are seclore and sogolytics.

COEP Technological University through my eyes.

Placement Experience:

Good placements are offered by this college. Top companies like Tata Motors, Bajaj, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Wipro pari, etc. Average placement for mechanical branch is about 9lpa while that for computer and entc goes up to 15lpa.
