College review

My college is best in terms of ranking and education but every college has cons and pros i didn't like the attendance concept keeping 75% compulsory if any student has serious medical condition they don't even help that student to come out of detention and some lecturers are very violent.

Course curriculum is very vast and helpful. We have semester pattern. Odd and Even, we call the ESE (End sem examination), our college conducts 3 MSE (Mid sem examination) among them best of two are considered for internals.

There are lots of placements like Accenture, wipro ,TCS, etc lots of companies come here for giving opportunities to the students. This current year 2019 Accenture picked up almost 200 students from our college, that was massive recruitment we ever had.

Technical events happen in August month, every department has its own way to celebrate the event. IT department has Itechroots, mechanical has Mechfiesta, Civil has Antaheen, Electrical has Electrica, Computer has Compufest, Electronics and ENTC has Icon and the other one is celebrated in February that is yash with lot of cultural activities.

It is feasible for backward classes, for general category it is too expensive. They take construction fee, tution fee, etc. They just take it and what they do with that massive money we don't know, every year they take this.

I don't know as I belongs to open category. But I know that there are lots of scholarships from government to Sc and St students that the government itself gives money to students like 12000 rupees to each student.

There are highly specialized laboratories in our college consists of physics, chemistry, mechanics, programming, Engineering graphics etc. Workshop are also there for Civil and mechanical students. Electronics and Electronics have there own labs with respective subjects.

Nope, I didn't opted hostel. Hostel environment is not so good for studying, students in hostel are annoying sometimes. I prefer to stay with good company hence I didn't opted the hostel and I am dam sure that it was my right choice.

Yes, they are very helpful, I am proud to say that Film actor Sonu Sood is graduated from our college and he studied engineering in electrical stream. Almost all seniors are broad minded and kind,ragging doesn't even exist here.

By giving a common entrance test which is conducted by Maharashtra Board it is called MHTCET. It has a total of 200 marks and department of technical education decides the cutoff for most of the colleges.

Experienced and Knowledgeable, there are Phd holders in our college who teach technical and non-technical subjects from 1st year itself. Sometimes there is politics in between teachers they don't admire students they just burst out and cursing them that they will detain the students.
