Remarks

College is really good when it comes to studies and offering opportunities regarding any extra curricular activities. Our college also have different clubs such as Photography club, Drama club, Music club, Technical club, etc which keeps students focused towards their college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is very different from another engineering colleges in Nagpur, as our college is an autonomous engineering college. Exam structure consist of 3 unit tests of 15 marks in each semester out of best of 2 marks are considered and at the end of semester there is one end sem exam for all subjects of 60 marks. 10 marks are based or internal assessment or assignment.

Placement Experience

Yes! Our college provides opportunities for internship. I have yet to do one so i don't know much about it but when it comes to placements and job opportunities our college have good record for placements

College Events

There are number of events celeberated in our collegs as Independence day, Republic day, Thechnovison,Aaruni for 1st years, Pratishruti (our mega event) and various branch installation events which are celebrated by each branch having their own events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is like for open category students it is around 1.5 lakhs, While for obc category students it is around 80 to 85 thousands. According to reservation system in India fee structure varies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is offered by our college in the form of EBC. It is a scholarship scheme which provides scholarship to students of all the colleges in maharashtra. Loan facilities is also available and if there are some students who can't pay complete fees they can take education loan.

Campus Life

Our college conducts different extra curricular activities such as branch cup. In this cup students of each branch compete in various competitions such as cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, etc to get that branch cup.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes! I found senior students very help full as their advice helped me in my college. I have asked for one of the alumni about the college and placement recods before taking an admission in this college and thier guidance helped me alot.

Admission

I gave an entrance exam named as MHCET after that i filled cap form for admission in this college. In round 1 i got industrial branch but i waited for 2nd round if i could get another branch. But then i opted for industrial engineering and took admission in this college.

Faculty of my college are extremely helpfull in every aspect. It is related to studies or any practical or any extra curricular activities they are very help full. Average experience of our facilities is minimum 10 years

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

The placements offered by my college are outstanding compared to other colleges in my area. Almost all students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester. Big tech companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and IBM visit the campus for recruitment. Major tech companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini hire in bulk from this college. Other non-tech companies like JCB, Tata Hitachi, and railway companies also visit the campus for core branches. Approximately 90% of students get placed in this college according to their skills. My plan after completing my degree is to get a job in a top company like Google, Microsoft, IBM, or NVIDIA and settle abroad with a luxurious life permanently.

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

from 6th semester students get eligible for placemnets and from 4th semester students get eligible for internships. Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.
