Remarks

As because it's a government college so works take time to be completed that's a biggest weakness for NIT Agartala.

Entrance Preview

CMAT and I scored 67 percentile i have chosen NIT Agartala because it was a brand and course fee was less.

Internships Opportunities

I got chance to work for SBI that was a marketing related internship program for 2months i was singed with a topic for which I had to visit different institutions in Tripura i got a very good field sales knowledge on that and for my internship work I got 15000 per month.

Placement Experience

We were the second batch at School of Management, NIT Agartala. I got placed from college and 80% placement was there.

College Events

So many festivals were there MOKHSHA was the biggest tech fest there.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got post metric scholarship for my MBA almost total course fee I received from that apart from that other scholarships are also available for good students.

Campus Life

Ratio of boys and girls I can say as an assumption that I must be around 60:40 as because it's a NIT. So diversity is an obvious thing there and sports, debates, robotics everything are there, just the students needs to be participative and active to get the opportunity then and there.

Hostel Facilities

9 out of 10 I will give for our hostel we got single rooms in our hostel and the food of NIT Agartala ' s hostel can be declared as best hostel food.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

7 out of 10 actually it depends on individual interest to be connected.

Faculty

Management is new at NIT Agartala so core faculties were less in numbers but the teaching is very friendly and knowledge driven.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students become eligible for campus placement and there are lots of company are comes to visit the campus placement program but the package of the salary as per company it's to low the parcentage of getting placement is 60%

An overview of Life at NITA(National Institute of Technology, Agartala)

Placement Experience:

The placements were good in my passing year. Organizations like ITC, Arnapurna Finance, Sriram Finance, Berger Paints, etc they came for the placements in NITA in 2022. The average package goes upto 4-7 LPA. If in any case you are not placed then you can opt for offcampus placements as well. The organizations you interned with can also be a good place to reach out for placements aswell.

Admission:

My admission was done on a merit basis, I have a valid score of 70% in the MAT exam. So I registered and applied online. And after a few days, my application was shortlisted. The admission process was quite smooth.

As a new comer i feel safe and supportive. The faculty helps us in each and every way possible. Also thw seniors and alumnis are very much helpful. Also the campusing procedure so smooth. Also there are various events held in the department to encourage the talents.

Amazing life

Remarks:

The students work hard in class, but they also utilize energy for diverse activities such as organizing seminars on contemporary management issues, publishing in-house magazines, organizing guest lectures and participating in inter and intra-business school competitions.

This university is Best

Remarks:

The college management is good it is going very well there are some issues but they are improving the system day by day. In the beginning it was very challenging for me but still there is happiness and fun to found for sure but then as the years go on it transitions into a more relaxed environment and by the end it was well worth it.

Missing those days

Remarks:

I love the one thing about my campus is they provide Health Centre with Ambulance. The University is having a Health Center with an Ambulance facility for students, faculty and staff. It is managed by a doctor and a nurse. A lady doctor also visits the health center.

Eyeopener

It is long journey of hard work how i get in this college and course . First I qualified JEE main but not got good rank so I got Biotech branch in NIT Agartala according to my rank . JOURNEY TO NIT AGARTALA

When I was applying to collleges, I appeared for JEE Mains and applied to other NITS and IIITS , My aim wwas to secure admission in reputed national institutes with good placements. I got admission in NIT Agartala(ECE Branch),which i chose over other colleges because of NIT brand value, national-level peer group, alumini network. I couldn't make it to the top tier NITS and IIITS as my JEE rank was slightly higher than their cutoff range. The competition is extremely tough and even a few marks can make huge difference in rank. The admission process is conducted through JoSAA/CSAB councelling based on score, For btech admission,JEE main is the accepted and most prefrred exam. The basic eligibilty is passing 10+2 wiht Physics ,Chemistry and Maths. Cutoff vary depending on category and branch.
