Totally Worth to JOIN

I would say 'very positive' for CSE and IT Branches. Rest branches are also very good but their placements are decent (those students also get selected in IT sector. i.e. the core companies for those branches are less.) Overall I am happy for I opted for this college.

The college is autonomous so the curriculum is entirely developed by college itself. Hence, it is improved and gives us liitle edge above University students who still study same curriculum lasted for years. The exam structure is divided in 4 parts: for every subject :- 2 small exams of 10 marks known as ISE, 1 Mid semester exam of 30 marks, 1 end semester exam of 50 marks.

Placement opportunities for CSE and IT departments are fantastic. Average package for these two branches lies near and above 6 LPA. College doesn't provide internships. But the hiring process itself starts at the beginning of 4th year so all placed students are allowed to do internship in their respective companies. College has made 4 weeks of internship mandatory.

There are lot of clubs in our college in which every year student participate and conduct various events. Various events include - 1. Annual Social Gathering 2. GIMs 3. Competitions held by various clubs from respective branches 4.VISION:- The biggest event of our college where students from other colleges come to participate, learn new things and win Various competitions.

As college is autonomous, I would say the fee structure is moderate. The fee varies from first year to last year. The fees for First year were 70 thousand in 2016(there may be minute growth) For last year, it was about 85k. (Every year rise by about 7k)

Students can avail the scholarship given by government such as EBC, Panjabrao Deshmukh hostel scholarship, scholarship for caste students, minority students scholarship. College doesn't give any loan services on its own.

Extracurricular activities may include various sports events that take place in college which include various competitions such as cricket, football, kabaddi, table tennis, basketball, handball. The college has big stadium which is surrounded by 800m approx. Running Track.

I opted for hostel in first year. If you are a boy, then this is the only bad thing about this college. The hostels are not good. The mess is also not much good. But condition of girl's hostels are much better.

The best thing about this college is the support and help you get from seniors. They help in you in everything. The seniors help in knowing things, which subjects are more important to study, how the placement activities take place so that we all get familiar with the placement activities and it's environment.

Our admission was based on CET exam conducted by Maharashtra government. My overall state rank was 2291 in CET 2016. I followed standard admission process and got Computer Science in this college in second round. (NOTE:- Merit for CSE branch has now increased much more i.e. for 2019 CET Batch, the closing rank of third round was about 1300)

The faculty is very good. All teachers are well experienced and those who are new are well educated and clear with their knowledge. Theory sessions are carried in classes and practical sessions are divided in batches of 15 students where teachers individually give attention to Students and clear their doubts.
