Which is better for CS, IIIT Vadodara or SGSITS Indore?

I have friends from both IIIT Vadodara and SGSITS Indore, and here is what they have to say about their CSE courses.

• IIIT Vadodara is an Institute of National Importance and has been recognized under national institutes, while on the other hand, SGSITS Indore is apparently a State Level College. That clearly means CSE in IIIT Vadodara will unarguably be better than the CS department in SGSITS, Indore. Having said that, IIIT Vadodara also has a very healthy competitive coding culture.
• At IIIT Vadodara the courses you get to learn are completely subject-related from the beginning of the first year itself. This means you will not have to learn the various other course materials of engineering like drawing, mechanical or civil engineering initially during the first few months in the institute.
• At SGSITS, initially, you have to learn the various subjects related to mechanical, civil, and others, unlike IIIT Vadodara. It is because, during the first year, the course is common for every branch. Every student is given the same study materials.
• It is important to note that studying the various course materials which are completely irrelevant to the department can rather be replaced by studying and investing more time into improving the coding skills you have, which is what is encouraged at IIIT Vadodara.
• Apart from the above factors, IIIT Vadodara has been recognized as a national institute, while in contrast, SGSITS Indore is not that recognized outside Indore and Madhya Pradesh itself.
