The hostel facilities at IIIT Vadodara include basic amenities with meals provided four times a day. The current hostel is located 32 km from the campus, with bus transport arranged by the institute, adding a total travel distance of 64 km daily. Hostel fees range from INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 per semester depending on room occupancy, with additional mess fees ranging from INR 15,120 to INR 19,000 per semester.

Rooms are shared by 3 to 4 students, equipped with beds, tables, chairs, and cupboards. The institute provides Wi-Fi, gym, library, and sports facilities.
