Placement Experience:

This college have good placements as it is new college and a satellite branch of iiit vadodara gandhinagar campus. So tha placements cell is same for both college it has average package for btech is about 15 to 18 lpa + and highest package is about 1.2 to 1.8 crore as past statics and if we talk about only for this college it also has good placements like this college got highest 50 lpa + package last year in this year placements is going on and students secured 30 lpa placement till now. And most of the MNCs visits in the college and most of the student got good on campus placement. So overall there is good placements and approximately. 60 70 percent student are placed in this college. Now I also want to get good package and want to do job after this degree

The placements of the college can be considered good. from 5th semester , students can become eligible for campus placements. many prominient companies vist campus like adobe, amazon, microsoft,samsung, mathswork, oracle etc. Highest package offered in 2024 was 40LPA. Median -9LPA, Average-11.34LPA. students placed was at -86.64% which registered. i am planning to get a job.

Things to Know about IIIT

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are for final-year students but students from second and third years can grab internship offers. Many companies such as Google and Scalar visited the campus. One student got 26 lpa and one got 50 lpa. My plan is to join a company as full-stack developer after graduating

Placement Experience:

The placement of IIIT vadodara is so impressive and increasing every year. The average placement for last year was around 16.8 lacs, median was 13.5 and the highest on campus was 44lac and 1.02cr off campus. Almost every eligible student gets placed last year the percentage was 97. something and before that it was continuously 100%. Placements are so good here.

Campus Placements will start in 7th semester (4(1)). Nearly 60-70 companies will come, Each company offered lot of roles. For my seniors Off campus - 1.02cr On campus - 20L I don't know exact packages. The students who are having CPI >= 6 are eligible for placements. Only 70% people will be placed.

One of my friends studying at IIIT Vadodara said that the Placement cell is really hardworking and dedicated towards a student's future. The placement statistics are improving every year.

IIIT Vadodara witnessed all the registered students of B.Tech get placed. They have a 100% placement record.
A huge hike in the average package was seen with more than 11 lakhs per annum.
The college received over 8 international offers from across 30 companies.
The companies offered jobs in various fields like software engineering, research and development, and associate data scientist, etc.
Some of the top visiting companies include Adobe, Mathworks, Amazon, Samsung, Maq software, Intel, etc.
They also offered 3rd-year B.Tech students a 2 months summer internship. This really helps students in getting pre-placement offers (PPOs) from the companies.

According to the experience of one of my friends who studied at IIIT Vadodara, the college is working under the temporary campus of GEC, Gandhi Nagar.

The infrastructure is not as welcoming as any other college having a permanent campus.
The academics in IIIT Vadodara is mostly industry-oriented with a bunch of qualified faculty members who prepare students for facing their professional front in the future.
The fests at IIIT Vadodara are increasing day by day. These fests are known across the country for the diversity of students that they witness which helps to interact with students of the same interest.
Many prestigious companies take part in placement drives that normally give chances to students to get placed.

According to the recent placement report, we can summarize the data as shown below:

A relative of mine used to be a student of IIIT Vadodara and he is all praise for the institute. The college has improved a lot over the years and is still improving.

The coding culture of the institute is evolving by the day. The seniors as well as the faculty will enthusiastically support you. The institute is still undergoing development and may not be able to stand toe to toe with other elite institutes but the students are hopeful that someday it will.

Major companies that have participated in the placement drive are Adobe, CodeNation, DirectL, etc. Some students also ended up bagging internships during the summer break. The internships were offered by Mathworks, Amazon, Quikr, etc.

Another big names that have offered placements are PayTm. KPGM has offered placements off-campus. A few students have also interned for companies in Germany, France, and Japan.

The institute has been gaining repute and things are looking good and they will no doubt get better. My relative has no regrets whatsoever when he graduated from this IIIT Vadodara.
