What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your academy?
“Opportunity to study with experienced faculty, practical courses and modern pedagogy”
Throughout our institute, all of the teachers strive to make sure that the student fully understands everything being taught. Our students are often taught two to three times on a particular topic if they don't understand it. We provide doubt clearing lessons. We have a very good student-teacher relationship in our institute. We have our own laboratories, so students can learn everything first hand.
How does the curriculum of IISTE ensure the best practice of industry?
“Focusing on hands-on practical sessions for an industry-oriented curriculum”
There have been many changes made to our curriculum recently. Practical learning has become a big part of our curriculum. Our college used to provide theoretical knowledge to all incoming students and then do practical courses afterward. However, we have now cut short the theory portion. This will make it easier for us to avoid providing unnecessary details. They need hands-on practice. That's what we're focusing on. Their courses are theoretically oriented and more practical in nature.
Any insights into how your academy can be more inclusive and welcoming?
“Financial aid and scholarships available with minimal fees”
The course fee in this college is very affordable, which makes studying easier. Course fees can also be paid in installments. This is possible because of the fee structure. Students who come from economically disadvantaged families can pay a very small amount per month, and therefore study at this school. We charge a much lower fee than most private colleges. In this institute, we don't discriminate against any race. Scholarships and discounts are also available for economically disadvantaged students.

What would you like people to know about your academy they may not know?
“We have our own laboratories on campus for students practical sessions”
Our college has its own laboratories, but it is not widely known because we have only just opened them. This is probably the college's most attractive feature. As they gain practical experience, by the end of their final semesters they will be able to conduct their internships with confidence.
What do you see as your academy’s greatest strengths?
“An in-depth focus on theory and practicals for better learning”
IISTE greatest strength is surely the fact that students have access to do their own practice here. We pay equal importance to practical and theory at this organization. This helps our students become the best professionals in the field. Our hardworking students are also one of the striking features that we are proud of.
What are some of the biggest challenges for the higher education sector currently?
“A highly competitive job market and lack of awareness regarding different fields”
Due to the present job market, the biggest challenge that a student faces for higher education is their choice of profession and courses. The students are often confused as to what to do in terms of future job prospects and which field to choose. There is a need to raise awareness in our young students from an initial level itself.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?
“In a world full of distractions, be focused on your studies and career”
There is only one suggestion I would like to make. Despite everything being conducted online at the moment, you must not neglect your studies. Do not neglect your studies or else it will be at your own expense. With dedication and hard work, any goal in your life can be achieved.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your Institute?
“Mutual respect and friendly relations are must”
Within the limits of the school, students and teachers should have a friendly relationship. Therefore, they can approach us whenever necessary with their problems, and also respect the teachers. There must be good communication between teachers as well.
