What is your philosophy of leadership?
“To maintain a positive learning habitat and allow united growth”
I am responsible as an academic leader for looking over the working methods of other faculty to ensure proper classes are being taught and that feedback is being given to students. It is inevitable that some will face problems, and when this occurs, I will stand by them in order to alleviate their helplessness. My goal is to maintain the environment so hardly any grudges can be held.
How does the curriculum of your department ensure the best practice of the industry?
“Theory is backed by practical sessions and explanations”
Here, students of IISTE receive a lot of practical orientation, so I believe this ensures their success. Chapters on specific subjects are divided into 60% practical and 40% theoretical material. With the paramedical courses, it is impossible to work in the industry without practical knowledge.
What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“Building new laboratories, nursing homes and path labs”
Our team has been building our own laboratory so that lessons and practicals are all real-time and practical. Our own lab will give students industry exposure as well. A new nursing home is also in the works. That will be our contribution to society. Pandemics have taught us to become very well equipped in the medical and paramedical streams for emergencies.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of your college?
“A dedicated pool of faculty that focuses on student growth entirely”
I believe that our greatest strength is our faculty. The amount of time and effort that the faculty puts on the students is immense. On this campus, there is also an incredible bond between students and faculty. We ensure that no student hides their problems from us. Even their families are reached out to and issues are resolved to the extent possible. Students are more involved in college programs when the faculties plan departmental objectives.
What would you like people to know about your college they may not know?
“We offer a wide variety of courses, ranging from Btech to MBA to paramedical”
Since the college was founded, it has offered excellent education opportunities with placement. All types of students have found their way under the same roof because of the large variety of courses offered at the university from Btech to MBA to Paramedical. The college's fees are also affordable, so students can pursue their education without worrying about their fees. A very low dropout rate remains a recurring theme.
How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your Institute?
“Constant communication and providing an open platform for discussion”
In order to maintain healthy relationships, regular meetings are necessary to find out what each other's problems are. In addition, sharing can help us resolve these issues. Those who stand by their ego are to be put aside, some need relaxation, while others need to be supported, by this we can establish this relationship.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?
“Research, fixed future plan and dedication are essential”
Students must be practical, focused, and believers. They should believe in themselves and their goals. They need to plan and conduct research. During the studying phase, students should follow the teacher's guidelines to achieve the desired results.
