These partnerships allow us to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of the industry. Department of Mechanical Engineering of MLRIT so far published 250+ papers in reputed journals and 70 patents published. We conduct cutting-edge research in a variety of areas. This research helps us to stay ahead of the curve and identify the latest trends that will impact our industry. As the HOD of Mechanical Engineering at MLRIT, I plan to address these challenges by encouraging faculty development, I will also provide funding for faculty members to conduct research in cutting-edge areas. I will regularly review the curriculum to ensure that it is up-to-date with the latest technologies. I will also create new courses to cover emerging areas of mechanical engineering. I will provide students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies. This will help them to develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. I will collaborate with industry partners to provide students with industry visits and internship opportunities. This will give students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the field.

MLRIT collaborates with industries and other academic institutions in a number of ways to provide practical exposure and internships for our students. We have industry advisory boards for each of our programs. These boards are made up of industry leaders who provide guidance on the curriculum and help us identify internship opportunities for our students. We have a number of internship programs in place, including co-op programs, summer internships, and semester-long internships. I also encourage them to be persistent and never give up on their ideas. I provide students with mentorship and support. I believe that everyone needs a mentor to help them succeed.
