Upcoming UUEMS Results for NEP Students in 2026

Two NEP exams ran in the second half of 2026. Their results are the next ones due on UUEMS.

Floods forced the university to move the August 17 papers. The reschedule notice shifted the Minor papers to August 31. In 2025, the 4th Semester result came on October 31.

What the Utkal University Grade Sheet Shows?

UG students from the 2019 batch onwards get a Grade Sheet, not a mark sheet. The university notification applies this to every exam under the new regulation.

The grade sheet shows a grade for each paper. The marks behind each grade sit in the Tabulation Register. The university sends this register to each college.

Note: For paper-wise marks, students ask their college for this register.

A student with Grade F has failed that paper. It must be cleared as a back paper within the set time.

Distinction Rule for +3 Students

The distinction regulation covers BA, B.Com and B.Sc from the 2019 batch. These are the main conditions.

• A B grade or above in aggregate earns Distinction.
• It must come at the first appearance, in Pass or Honours.
• Back-paper, FAIL, MP and HARD CASE candidates do not get Distinction.
• Missing an exam for national sports, NCC or NSS earns one exemption.

How to Apply for Re-addition and Photocopy After the Result?

Utkal University does not allow re-examination or review of valuation. Students can ask for only two services after the result.

Students fill the re-addition form and attach a copy of the result. The photocopy form needs an admit card copy and the fee challan.

The college Principal sends all requests zone-wise, in duplicate. The university rejects incomplete forms. Students cannot be present during verification.

Example: The May 25, 2026 result had a deadline of July 6, 2026.
