You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
Throughout my professional journey, I have undertaken significant roles in educational institutions. As an Associate Dean, I oversee various undergraduate programs including English, Psychology, and B.A. General. Furthermore, the department extends its offerings to encompass postgraduate and doctoral degrees in both English and Psychology. Notably, the Department of Psychology extends its purview by delivering a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, and a Certificate Course in Child Development. In addition to my role as the head of the institute, I serve as the Chairman of the Proctorial Board and Chief Proctor. This role mandates my responsibility to uphold the Vidyapeeth’s regulations and the Students’ Code of Conduct, ensuring their consistent implementation. Preceding my current responsibilities, I am engaged in various works. As the HBO (Hybrid, Blended & Online Courses) Coordinator, I fostered innovative pedagogical approaches. These roles exemplify my enduring commitment to education, facilitating holistic student development, innovative learning methodologies, and the meticulous administration of institutional norms.
What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
My leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that leadership transcends titles or formal authority. Even without a title or positional power, one can inspire and guide individuals towards their rightful destinations. I place paramount importance on possessing a clear vision, as it serves as the compass that directs our actions and aspirations. My leadership style is characterized by the harmonious fusion of these principles, where I endeavor to guide, inspire, and set a course for collective achievements, regardless of formal designations or hierarchical positions.

What are the greatest strengths of your Institute?
The greatest strength of this institute is to belief in the wholesome development of the child, we work very strongly at the personality part of the student, the international experience that this institute offers to its students is second to none in this country and it is the best I would say in NCR and that is another very important USP of the institution. We bring a lot of good faculty and as well as interact with the industry and good infrastructure and intend to see the students grow.
Any suggestions/ messages that you would like to give to the current youth?
I would like to suggest students try to be proactive, a self-starter, quick learners, and self-motivators. You are not the only one who suffers, there are thousands more who suffer even more than you but they didn’t quit, they start struggling even harder.
