Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youths for a better future?
I would like to advise my dear students and youths of our society to embrace patience and perseverance, because both are essential to maintain a humble demeanor, think rationally before making decisions, and cultivate emotional resilience. Other than this, the pursuit of inner Engineering and mindfulness can greatly contribute to emotional stability.
Hence don't forget that success often takes time, so be consistent in your efforts, and work hard with a calm and positive attitude. Also, stay focused and dedicated towards your goals, keeping in mind that real growth is a gradual process.
How is your college unique and different from others?
Our college offers finest quality education and classroom experience that is far better than the traditional settings. Along with this, state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities are available on campus to address and fulfill academic and non-academic requirements of our students and teachers. And the best part that segregates us from others is that we have given strong emphasis on practical learning which leads to an exceptional placement and internship record of our young and ambitious youths.

I strongly believe that establishing a strong reputation and recognition in the field of education should be our college's top priority in the coming 10 years. And to make this true, we should primarily focus on delivering high-quality education, fostering innovation in teaching methodologies, and encouraging research and collaboration with industries.
Because by maintaining a focus on academic excellence, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and nurturing students' holistic development, we can build a solid foundation for our institution to be regarded as a beacon of learning and innovation in the education sector.

As a Department Head, what are your core roles and responsibilities towards the students?
Being the Department Head, my key responsibility is to bring out students' best potential by providing them required opportunities and a conducive learning environment. Apart from this, inculcating best leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and ethical values in students, maintaining a healthy and respectful relationship with each student, fostering an environment where they feel valued and supported, guiding them academically and offering career advice as and when needed, and facilitating their overall growth is integral to my role. Furthermore, I ensure that the department aligns its curriculum and activities to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the business world.
How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practices of industry?
Our curriculum has been designed meticulously to fulfill the demands, developments and trends of the industrial world by equipping students with the right skills. Additionally, if required we take suggestions and feedback from industry people from time to time to make necessary changes in it and equip students with subject knowledge to meet industry demands and excel in their careers.
And to transform our students into amazing Managers who possess a global perspective, vision, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, we have incorporated an amalgamation of both theory and practical applications.
Apart from this, we have prioritized soft communication and interpersonal skills of our students and hence regularly organize sessions on spoken English, role plays, case discussions, mock interviews, and group discussions. This in return helps them to present themselves more confidently in front of a large number of people.
What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
The ever-evolving, dynamic and challenging nature of the educational world along with networking opportunities we as educators receive here has helped me a lot to stay associated with this sector for so long.
In addition to this, the Teaching field offers endless opportunities for learning and personal growth, regardless of one's background, the satisfaction of imparting knowledge to young and ambitious students and witnessing their transformation is truly rewarding and unmatchable experience.
Hence I would say that the passion for learning, coupled with the desire to contribute positively to the lives of students, drives me to stay engaged in the education sector and every day brings a new chance for me to learn something new and to inspire the youth, which makes this journey both fulfilling and purposeful.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
I strongly believe that true leadership is all about creating an environment that can nurture the potential of each individual and inspire and guide people instead of just directing them.
Hence I have fostered a culture of collaboration and open communication where everyone can interact respectfully and freely and give their suggestions for their own and institution benefit.
Apart from this, I regularly encourage my team members to upgrade their skills and also empower them to take ownership of their tasks by facilitating all possible types of support and resources. In other words, by promoting a conducive ambiance, I strive to bring out the best in each team member, allowing them to excel and contribute effectively to our collective goals.
