Our institution regularly conducts events and interactive sessions in collaboration with industry experts and leaders to guide students about the latest insights, trends, and requirements of the corporate world, so that they can accordingly prepare themselves for a seamless transition to the real world. Then we have frequent meetings to bridge the gaps between students' knowledge and industry demands and provide an enriching learning experience to them.

We have also signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with prominent organizations. These collaborations enable us to arrange industrial training and internships for students and provide them firsthand exposure to established real-world projects, wherein they can apply classroom knowledge in practical settings.

To enhance the skills of our students by teaching them essential management and IT concepts and providing them with an enthusiastic learning environment, our college regularly hosts a diverse range of co-curricular activities including seminars, debate sessions, case study competitions, vibrant cultural events, spirited festival celebration, and technical and non-technical competitions, coupled with both indoor and outdoor training programs. Our department students must undertake and complete a series of industry-oriented research projects before completing their MCA Degree. We also collaborate with industry mentors to provide them necessary guidance and comprehensive support. Additionally, we have dedicated in-house faculty guides who assist students with assignments. Our state-of-the-art laboratories further serve as dynamic spaces for students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. As an Associate Professor and Head of MCA Department at KIT, I am mainly responsible for leading and managing the activities of the department. In addition to this, providing guidance and support to both students and faculty members for effective coordination and execution of all departmental activities and events comes under the scope of my work.

Last but not the least, overseeing academic initiatives and administrative functions, with the ultimate goal of maintaining and elevating the quality of education and overall performance within the department is part of my day-to-day job.
