KIT Coimbatore Scholarship 2026

The college offers various scholarship opportunities, primarily based on academic performance, financial need, and background. For top-performing students in the 12th grade, there is a full or 50% fee waiver. The Vidhya Scholarship supports girl students, while the Vijayalakshmi Paniswamy Charitable Trust provides scholarships based on good academic performance. First-generation college students are eligible for a 50% fee waiver, and there are concessionary fees based on HSC cut-off marks. Scholarships are also available for students from government schools and those with high CGPA, single-parented students, and MRC students (children of army personnel).

Government scholarships are available annually, varying by caste, for SC/ST and BC/MBC students. The fee structure for B.E/B.Tech ranges from 1.5L to 2L, MBA/PGDM and MCA are 35K, and M.E/M.Tech is 50K per year. Other scholarships include PM scholarship, merit-based scholarships, and community scholarships. Financial aid is available through loan facilities, with additional support for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Tuition fees are approximately 85,000 per year, excluding other fees like exam and lab fees.

Scholarships and financial assistance are also available for students entering through the management quota.
