The MHT CET Syllabus has been officially released by the STATE CET Cell, Maharashtra, on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

The MHT CET Syllabus followsthe Maharashtra HSC (Class 11 & 12) format, giving 80% weightage to the Class 12 syllabus and 20% to the Class 11 Syllabus.

  • In PCM, 150 questions will be asked for 200 marks, where mathematics will carry 2 marks for each question, physics and chemistry will carry 1 mark each.
  • In PCM, 200 questions will be asked for 200 marks, each question carrying 1 mark, and 50% weightage will be given to biology.

There are no major syllabus changes announced by MHT CET 2026, which shows a similar exam pattern. You should give priority to class 12 topics, as they include major weightage in the MHT CET Exam.

As around 4 months are left for MHT-CET, you should solve at least 25 to 30 full length mock-test along with 10 to 15 PYQs to increase your speed & accuracy.
