How to Surrender/Cancel COMEDK Seat?
To surrender the COMEDK seat, candidates are advised to follow the steps given below carefully:
- Visit the COMEDK official website and click on the Candidate’s Login Page.
- Login on COMEDK Application and Click on the Seat Surrender Tab.
- A screen will appear that depicts the seat selected in the first round of counselling, along with the application number, the candidate's name, the selected college and course.

- If you wish to surrender/cancel your seat, click on ‘yes’ for surrender. After this, you will have no claim on the surrendered seat.
- If you would like to participate in the second round of counselling, please click ‘Reject and Upgrade’.

How to Claim a Refund for the Surrendered Seat?
If the candidate has completed the document verification process in the first round of counselling, they must send the Original Allotment and Verification Card to the following address of the COMEDK Office only via registered post:
