COMEDK has released the exam pattern for UGET 2026 on its official website www.comedk.org. The COMEDK UGET 2026 exam will be held on May 9 in 400 exam centres across the country.
The exam pattern is similar to the 2025 exam, with 180 questions to be attempted by students in 3 hours. No negative marking in the exam gives flexibility to maximise the attempts. For each correct answer, students will get 1 mark.
The exam syllabus will be based on Class 11th and 12th CBSE board curriculum, with a weightage of 33 and 67% respectively. –COMEDK Official Notification
The exam pattern of COMEDK UGET is slightly different from other Karnataka exams, such as KCET. Unlike COMEDK UGET, KCET also include biology as a subject, with different papers for each subject for a duration of 80 minutes.
Due to a clash of dates with other exams, the COMEDK UGET 2026 is scheduled for Saturday and not Sunday.
