BSc Cardiovascular Technology: Course Details, Admission, Syllabus, Colleges, Scope, Fees 2024

Faculty support is very good in the university they are supporting us in not only in academics but also in extracurricular activities and also guide us for better results. There were 4 exam's are organised every semester, like 2 internal assessment, mid term and then end semester exams. Exams is happening in moderate level and it's easy to pasa if you are learning everything that taught by the faculty.

Duration 4 Years (3 Years + 1 Year Clinical Training / Internship Tuition Fee (per annum) - ₹80,000 Exam Fee (per annum)- ₹20,000 Medical Insurance (Per Annum)- ₹650 Caution Money (One Time Payment ) - ₹2000 Student ID Card- ₹1000 The fee's are increasing every year for new admission students not for enrolled students.

The relationship between the student and faculty is quite good as the faculty are approachable and very friendly students can put there doubts out and the faculty members make sure to answer and let the students understand. The course pack is provided in the starting and all the ppts are uploaded on the app called moodle. Exam structure follows as Mid sem examination is there. End sem examination is there There are 2 IA one before mid sem examination and one before end sem examination. Viva are for taken for the Practical students one before the mid sem examination and other which is taken by the external teachers ie before end sem examinatio. The level of examinations is quiet good. It is not very easy and not very hard

The faculty of our college is very friendly in nature, they teach us very well, we have a friend like relationship with our faculty We have a faculty, Prachi mam, we like her very much, she treats us very well, she also understands our personal problems and guides us. Aparna mam, I like her a little less because she always proves her point right, otherwise she is also good We have 2 exams in one semester, it is important to pass both the exams otherwise your bag may be confiscated. The exams are not that difficult, if you study a little you will pass the exam and some courses can be left

Our course is very good because we always keep learning something in it and there is a lot of scope in it and our college also has a private hospital where we come for training and wherever we face problems what solution is found We have only one cath lab in the entire hospital, maybe that's why children don't get time to understand it properly The exam frequency is very good, we have no problem with it

The campus gives you a very decent availablity of social aspects as conferences awareness rallys, with some other completions among the students which will improve the students socio-cultural activity Library of the campus is big can accommodate 200 students and has a reading room open for 24 hours every day of week

There are experienced technical faculty and other faculty who will guide in the in campus curriculum and there are many senior students who will help you persuing the courseand the further study opertunities the exam difficulty is moderate and the pass percentage is good

There are many faculties who teach us. They has a great bonding with the students they help every student in studies and are the best one around us they all are highly educated and are doctors and treat us good

So my first year fees is 260000 Second year-210600 Third year-210500 And they ask extra money for registration fees exam fees uniform and many other things Our course has the highest fees among all the other courses. Rest courses have like they can finish their course in 3-4 lakhs. They are giving penny in the name of the scholarship we pay 260000 as fees and in return we get 4000 as scholarship amount seems weird.

After the third year students are eligible for placements. There are several companies i cannot name the companies individually bcz there are so many im not sure about the highest and lowest packages Maybe50-60 My plan is to settle down in abroad and make money there and retire my parents and settle with them

Cardiac Illness is being reported ans the 2nd major cause of death by the WHO.The patient load is very high and reauieyment of Echocardiographers and Cath Lab Team has been incerased in the society. The course deals with newer technologies of treatment and practice guidelines. Every year University will conduct examinations based on the sylabbus and Examinations will be conducted accordingly.

Course is of 4 years (3 year Academics + one year Internship). Fee comprises as follows: 1st Year - 20870 2nd Year - 21870 3rd Year - 21870 4th Year - 18870 Fee paid will be refunded if your are eligible for E grants Scholarship which is eligible for all pupils except one whose parents are government employees.

The faculties are approachable but some people won't be as forgiving as the rest Jyoti mam even though sahae is very strict she teaches well and make sure the point gets across Ssp mam she is very boring and takes class very slow We have sessionals every 2 months and main exam Every 6 months most of the students fail

I only chose this course because I love to study thw anatomy and functions of heart . I thought it' was fun but now that I am studying it , I am suffering . My future is gone realisation hit me late but I m trying to live with what I choose

1 faculty for 10 students is the ratio, and our faculties are all very good..they teaches veru well..they support us in every aspects. My favourite faculties are Manjoosha mam, Jyothi mam, Nisha mam , Swathi mam, Vidya mam etc.i like them because they teaches the concepts very well and they are also very friendly. Exams are somewhat tough..in our class almost everyone clears expect 1 or 2.

Year wise payment - 279000. This the the total fees including tution fee, caution deposit etc My batchmate also have the same fees except some who are now paying around 1 lakh because they are having some scholarship because they are from the same state ( Karnataka)

Specific aspects I choose cvt because of its integration of core medical sciences with practical training in diagnostic procedures,including advancing imaging technique like echocardiography Preperation for real world applications: The curriculum effectively prepares for real world applications through hands-on hospital training and exposure to latest cardiovascular technologies. Suggestion for improvement: To enhance curriculum more interactive sessions needed Frequency and difficulty of exams: Exams are well timed and fair balancing theory and practical

Yearly we have culturals 5 days then after juniors cane we have freshers day then whole university food fest will be there and course wise independent programmes will conducted in special days Aall types of new edition books is available in library In classroom we have hi-tech facilities ac is there smart board is there a big classroom Many types of sports is conducted Yes many students become part of social club and all

This course is very good course as we are working with our heart. Hospital have all the facilities. So practical knowledge will be good for us. Teachers will help us if we have any doubt, we can approach them without any hesitation.

They give more importance to social aspects, as they are conducting social campaigns such as antidrugs day, or they are conducting many social priorities. We have club for each department. Anatomy and physiology have separate

Cardiovascular technology, CVT, involves the diagnosis of the most important organ of anyone's body, the heart. In CVT u will learn how to diagnose all the conditions, related to heart, be it it slight or serious and also how to manage it. This course has 2 parts, invasive and non invasive and both will be taught in the 3 + 1 yr course for which i chose this course. CVT will make you a health professional who is ready to take ecg or echo for the most serious cases and your report will be a crucial part for the doctor to diagnose the patient accurately. Cath lab section will help you handle serious angioplasty things accurately with the doctor. This course in manipal is already in a very improved state and offers only the best is what i feel. There are 2 sessional exams of 30 marks & 1 ends sem exam of 50 or 70 marks depending on departmental or non departmental subjects but all subjects are not that difficult but requires a little bit of daily students to easily get cgpa over 7.5.

Tution fees is considered normal for this type of course, 2.82 Lakhs Considering all the high quality equipments this college provides which hardly 2 or 3 other college has. Per year including everything, tution, hostel, food and daily expense, is under 4lakhs Scholarships are provided. Check mahe websites for that because there are too many to name here. From 1st year onwards you are exposed to working in clinics actively and in internship that is offered , you will be paid a good amount as well. After bsc , you can opt for further study in msc or start working in the hospital and the pay is really good for bsc graduated students from the same affiliated college.

The names of the annual fests and technical fests are manifest in August, winter fest in December You can avail all books and journals from the library as well as from the library portal There are various clubs in the college in which you can join on the basis of your interests

The curriculum that influenced me to choose this course was the requirement of such students. The curriculum gives us insights into practical as well as theory. The exams are quite frequent so to maintain that you remember well what you have studied.
