ESIC or Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College and Hospital, Hyderabad which was established and founded in the year 2016 under the Ministry of Labour and Employment and also recognized by the National Medical Commission for its MBBS course. The college is situated in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. ESIC is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana. As per the Collegedunia Ranking 2025, ESIC Hyderabad has been ranked 161 in India 2025 and is at number 1 in Hyderabad.
MBBS is the flagship course at ESIC Hyderabad. Fees for the MBBS program is INR 63,000 (ESIC Insured Person Quota), INR 87,000 (State Quota) and INR 1,39,000 (All India Quota) and students must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% + NEET. ESIC Hyderabad also provides other courses for the students such as M.D, B.Sc, etc. as well. Students can apply for the graduation courses by clearing the NEET 2025 followed by state level counselling conducted by KNRUHS. Each year, 125 seats for MBBS students are available in which 15% of seats are reserved under the All India quota, while 85% are reserved under the State quota. Other than that, 83 seats for postgraduates in broad specialities and 29 seats in MCH/DM/DrNB/ fellowships in super speciality are available. Along with that, the other 25 seats are offered for the Associate fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) course.
Most of the students graduated from ESIC, Hyderabad are recruited in hospitals, either through internships or direct recruitment. The college offered stipends ranging from INR 10,000 - INR 30,000 per month.

ESIC Hyderabad has not officially published the next AFIH batch start date for the 2026 intake on its website. The last documented AFIH training session at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad was a three-month industrial health training held in 2025 (Apr–Jul) as per the official brochure/circular, and vacant seat notifications are sometimes updated on ESIC portals when available.
Regular applications directly to ESIC colleges for MBBS, BDS, or B.Sc Nursing is not open, because admissions are linked to NEET-UG 2026 and counselling through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and ESIC’s IP quota process. You can still register for NEET UG (until early March) and later participate in counselling to get ESIC seats.
