- Mostly teachers are professor there and doctors they are really supportive i still remember dr taneja sir how friendly he's with students and the way he taught us was amazing teaching things with practical examples is amazing
- The crowd of dav college is really very great so the vibe of the college is really amazing
- You can also join for ncc and nss. and it can be beneficial during post graduate admissions.
Dislikes
- No placement no internship no guidance was provided by teachers
- In brutal summer there is need for air conditioners.
- Classrooms are too suffocating and it becomes worse in summers

2. Samsung , Apple , Microsoft , Apolo etc...these are few companies visited
3. Highest package is about ?10,00,000 @p.a
4. 30 percent of students get placed every year

- The college has multiple clubs for skills like dancing, singing, acting, social work etc.Tese clubs are very beneficial for the students as makes them interactive as well as increases their skills and communication.
- The college also organises several trips and also organises a 3-day fest called KARVAAN.
- The teachers are extremely friendly with the students. They are supportive as well.
Dislikes
- Placements can be improved but this year a placement cell has been developed.
- Wifi speed should be improved in the college premises.
Placement Experience:
Internships are available for all the students whether it's 1st year or any other. The highest package was I guess 7L p.a. and the lowest was 4L p.a. but from this year placements will be better as a placement cell has been developed called CATALYSTRA. My plan after getting the degree is MBA

- I loved the cooperation and knowledge of teachers
- There is no uniform and a student can dress up according to their wishes. College gate is open and u can enter and exit anytime during college timings
- All the faculty is good and have good knowledge about their specialized subject.
Dislikes
- There is a bit problem with infrastructure.
- Sometimes classes gets cancelled at end moment so it's a issue for me because I travel 2 hours to reach college.
Placement Experience:
According to me , the placements of our college is good with an average package of 3 lakhs p.a. after BBA. I guess it is a good start for a fresher in corporate world. I'm not sure whether our college provides 100 % placements or not.

- I really liked the faculty staff and the way of teaching followed here. Although we are in a college but still they care about our studies as the teachers in 10th class used to do to us.
- I also like the infrastructure of college. Buildings and college area is not really very big but it is well maintained and clean.
- Student politics. I like and admire student politics a lot there are number of student parties and student activists working for the sake of the students
Placement Experience:
Placements by the college are not very very good but there's a catch some of the placements given by the college are very well
But students don't only depend on placements here
There already have their future plans made for the future after the course completion

- The campus is amazing and its beautiful. Each and every block has its own charm. The garden's, canteen uff everything is just perfect.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum for this course definitely played a role in my decision to enroll. The in-depth exploration of business management was particularly appealing, as it aligns with my interests in Business. The inclusion of case studies on real life business was valuable, providing a glimpse into practical applications. However, I feel the curriculum could benefit from guest lectures from industry professionals to offer real-world perspectives. While exams are held regularly, they are well-timed with the covered material. The difficulty level is fair, effectively testing our comprehension of the concepts. Overall, the curriculum provides a strong foundation, but incorporating more practical elements would further enhance its value. The exams are conducted 4 times In a year. 2 times in a semester. Mid sems and end sems.

- The infrastructure is nice and the crowd is very nice in college
- The faculties are very friendly in nature
- The facilities in sports are good like there is badminton court

- The washroom of hostel is not good and there are many of small rooms

As i am interested in business studies and entrepreneurship so i choosen this courses as this will help me in my career.there are 50students covered by one teacher.the faulties sre fully educated and experienced.In 6months ,there are exam and easy to pass

i did my 10+2 from commerce stream so i had generally 2 option, either to do b.com or to do BBA
as i am planning to do MBA in future , that is why i chose BBA over MBA and it is a very growing field also
The faculty : Student ratio is 40:1
The teachers are brilliant and are having decades of experience in teaching
Exams are semester wise and the difficulty level is moderate

Placement Experience:
For the eligibility, you do have to meet the requirements of the companies they have their own eligibility criteria. Around 40 to 45 percent of students were placed in some of the good companies. Like TATA and Wipro etc. The percentage rate of the placements are average instead of being above average but the companies are of top tier In which the students are placed.

The placement percentage is not such good here. The students become eligible for campus placements in 6th semester only. The companies which usually visit are infosys, tcl and tech mahendra. The average starting package is around 4,50,000 and the profiles offered are team leader or manager or associate. The percentage of students who get placements is around 12%.

DAV College Chandigarh has a huge campus. It includes a playground and 3-4 little gardens. The college is situated at the center of the city and everything is nearby. You can get all the basic amenities on campus as well. There are two canteens, two Nescafes, a juice center, a stationery shop, a print shop, a salon, and laundry.
The faculties are well-experienced. Some of the faculty members are quite friendly and cooperative. The college has a three-story library. It has a good collection of books.
DAV College has many clubs and societies like Literary society, Economic Society, NSS, etc. The college organizes events like Karvaan, and Star nights annually.
Election times are the worst. There are many fights and unnecessary chaos on campus. The college isn’t strict regarding its attendance rule and you can get away with not attending classes. Faculties sometimes don’t attend the classes and as a result, the students suffer. These are some of the disadvantages that you may have to face on campus.
