College of Vocational Studies Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements provided are average in my college. South campus isn't that well known for placements but decent ones can be grabbed. For my course, an average of 3 lacs PA. package was offered. Reputed companies visit in seek of hiring deserving young blood. Around 30%-40% of students get placed with good packages.

I don't have any about the placement criteria I did not involved in much activities. The plans after getting degree was to do hotel management.

I was short listed for this college.because my Marks were falling in the cut off of cbse college so I choose this college. the teachers of this college are cooperative and the environment that make the suitable.

College of Vocational Studies was founded in 1972 and is famous for Vocational courses as it is the only college in Delhi University which provides these courses. It has an amazing campus. There are many knowledgeable teachers in the institutes.

Because it is nearby my location and the college faculties are very kind and helpful.The college is very tidy and easy to visit.Class hours are favorable. Facilities provided by the college is quite good and information will be given on time by the college.

My main reason why I choose this college was that the campus and the crowd of this college is really good. Also the best part about cvs is that all the sports teams are excellent and they have a good number of societies to be a part of and be involved in extra activities as well, rather than only studies. The stuff and security system is great. CVS also have additional vocational courses and language courses which is a plus point because they provide us with the best studying material.

Based on my 12th class marks and sports achievements I got this college again based on merit. The faculty is very good in this college. They helped all the students in completing their assignments and projects. This college provide lot of outstation tournaments. Scope for sports is very good. The college helps the students to get placements and also holds seminars for further studies. Earlier there were only two buildings were classes were held. Hence sometimes there were situation that there was no classroom to take the class. But in my 3rd year a new building was already in construction. So now there would be no such problems. Overall its a very good college to study in.

The college has a great infrastructure with a talanted teaching staff. It is the only college under University of Delhi that provides vocational courses as well. The near by locality is very good having good connectivity for commuting.

Our campus was beautiful and each year got an award for being one of the greenest campus. Management was very strict about cleanliness and regularly painted the campus walls. Interiors and exteriors. We made many joyful memories here. Those 3 years were actually the best days of my life and made some wonderful friends for life.

The College Of Vocational Studies, a maintained institution of Delhi University, was founded in 1972. It makes a small beginning in a great change in the field of higher education making it more meaningful and diversified. Through this experiment, we seek to break new ground by bridging the gap between static university education and the social environment.
