Life in pgmch

Likes

Nice ecosystem pollution free zone and a semi urban area
Sports like football cricket basket ball volleyball throwball are available
Girls and boys hostel are in same compound

Dislikes

The place is a bit far from my home town
The halland classrooms are not air conditioned
The extracurricular activities are lacking

Well the course is mbbs so i allways dreamed of being a doctor there fore i opted this degree the subject is vast and huge its an enormous task but it is managable and our passion will keep us going and let us become a good doctor

Review book for junior of govt Pudukkottai medical College

Dislikes

Area I mean surrounding of the college and hospital is located outside the town
Ventilation is not adequate even located in open ground.
No development in surrounding area I mean no shop near by

Mbbs is an long duration course.the specific aspects of the curriculum that influence my decision to choose mbbs course out of my passion and health services care . the area for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods is the to improve the duration of the course not to decrease the course of yrs . The minimised duration,timings And increasing the difficult level stress the students .

Goal of my life.

Likes

Education is good in our college teachers are good.
Some sports events is there some sports ground are available
Hospital fatalities is good for patient and student.

Dislikes

No canteen is there things are not available for use.
Language problem is much for us as north Indian.
Mess food is only based on south Indian.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to become a doctor from my childhood. Curriculum of MBBS is so advance. It makes us a better person and teaches us to be a kind ,gentle ,humble and better person ,and provoke us to helps other persons. Curriculum is good but there is lots of pressure on students. There should be some relief to students. I have Profesional exam which is held once In year in the end of session. Exam is too tough syllabus is huge.

Likes

Campus is quite big. Infrastructure is also vey good.
Faculties are very knowledgeable and give their best in teaching.

Dislikes

The college is far from town, and for basic needs (haircuts, fruit, chocolate etc) also we have to got to town
Playground for cricket is not well maintained. There no parks or something for students to relax themselves

The course curriculum is as per the NMC guidelines. The curriculum covers everything from teaching to practical classes to patients exposure. Faculties are very knowledgeable and try to give their best in teaching the topics.

Likes

Faulty block, Playground facilities and the library facilities
Hospital facilities available with good patient care and bed facilities with good infrastructure to learn mbbs
Campus will be with good infrastructure, with good teaching faculties

Dislikes

Transport facility , you need to go atleast 2 - 3 kms for shopping necessary things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course with interest, this college has a good faculty-student ratio with good teachers. All the faculties have good knowledge as well as experience in their field. There will be an internal exam each month & final exam at the end of each year.

After completing the undergraduate degree, in mbbs we should attend several exams to place in any company or management as a medical officer, almost most of the students get placement in any of the hospital sectors, try to get a pg seat
