Kerala NEET UG 2025 Phase 2 counselling has been announced. Candidates must confirm their options through the official website by September 23, 2025. Final allotment will be published on September 25.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE) has begun counselling Phase 2 for Kerala NEET UG MBBS and BDS admissions under the State Quota and Self-financing colleges. Candidates can modify, confirm or register new options in the Phase 2 allotment. This is especially important for students aiming for a higher preference or for newly added government colleges in Kasaragod and Wayanad.

Steps for Participation in Kerala NEET UG Phase 2 Counselling
- Log in on the official website using application credentials.
- Click the ‘Confirm’ button next to the MBBS/BDS options to activate your preferences.
- Rearrange higher-order options or delete unwanted courses/colleges according to your preference.
- Complete the confirmation and modification process by 11 am on 23rd September 2025.
- Once the allotment result is released, download the allotment memo and keep a print copy.
- Make payment of your applicable fee as advised in the allotment memo.
- Report to the allotted college with original documents between the 26th and 30th September.

Kerala NEET UG Phase 2 Counselling Guidelines
- Confirmation of the choice of the Online Option is Mandatory: Candidates who got allotted in Phase 1 will also be required to confirm the Online Option for Phase 2.
- Candidates who wish to vacate seats in Phase 1 admissions should vacate the seat before 5 PM on 22 September 2025. Candidates who vacate their seats in Phase 1 admission will not be given a seat allotment in the subsequent stages.
- NRIs with expired documents can confirm options if they’ve submitted a self-declaration but must submit valid originals before the deadline.
- Candidates qualified under SC/ST/OEC/Fisherman categories and other categories for fee concession do not have to pay token fees unless they are allotted under the Minority/NRI quota student seat in self-financing institutions.
