Likes
- Our college conducted first its first college fest on 14th pctober 2023 called shaswat which was a great success.
- Hostel facility is provided by the campus and the food provided is also good and the surroundings nearby to hostel are also neat and clean.
- Course is best designed parallel to quality of course structure of iits to gain adequate knowledge for an individual.
Dislikes
- social experience is not so good because lack of students
- ratio - as college provide only core branches the ratio is very bad
- infrastructure- as it does not have its own campus

- The Placement Opportunities and Exposure to Petroleum Industry.
- Good Opportunities from PSU's and Placements from government companies like HPCL, ONGC etc
- Internship opportunity from the Institution.
Dislikes
- The overall strength strength of the college is too low (<500 in btech engineering all 4 years combined)
- Girls are very too low. (<10 in each year and in 2024 batch the ratio of boys to girls is 60:1 )
- Our own campus is not yet constructed. and the permanent campus is in the outskirts of Visakhapatnam.
Placement Experience:
After 6 semester generally students become eligible for campus placements. companies like ONGC, HPCL, IOCL, Halliburton, Reliance, Total Energies, TATA etc visit our college. ONGC offered 24lpa for 2 students which is the highest in petroleum branch. Average package s around 8-9 LPA in our college. Mechanical branch has started only in the year 2023 so there aren't any placement data. Gail also offered 24 lpa for chemical students which is he highest. placement percentage is about 85-90%
